So After the first version of this I had made i have been requested many times to make a pt.2 It finally happened so here you go I tried to include as many people as i can

Onee. You spoke to me about what sits require you to have a report to talk i order to handle. I told you when soemthing affects the general population then it is something that generally doesn’t need a sit. For example Mass Propblock, Spawn Propblock, Hacking, etc. Not only did you affect the general population with your propaganda because you were enraged you couldn’t comprehend the common sense needed to be staff, but you also have the audacity to say that we don’t prepare our staff for the future. We trained you, 7 hours later REtrained you, 22 hours later HAD ANOTHER talk with you, all that to learn that you still didn’t learn a thing dude. You clearly were in the wrong here and multiple people have shown concrete valid proof of you breaking rules and you continued to harass staff after they and multiple other people told you to stop.

Once I feel better, we can talk of the return of SWRP.

Denied NITRP can mean multiple things, not just breaking 3+ rules. After being demoted you began to take it out on people in OOC, and even challenged some of staff members with "make me." There were also plenty of other things you were doing that could be considered toxic. The way you acted after you were demoted could even be partially justified for a toxicity ban, and using logs could result in a punishment worse then just being demoted. You have also been toxic on the forums. You are honestly getting off easy with a NITRP ban (4 days) rather then the alternative. When you come back, try to keep your cool. I hope to see you on the server soon, but for now you need to just wait, and take some time to calm down. You will wait out your ban. @proggy @DiegoZavier lock and move.

Proof - Google Docs You keep putting stuff out like this. While im not a staff, I wouldn't be surprised if you get a toxicity ban. The banning staff will put out more proof. But you been putting out stuff that is aimed to hurt staff and Hurt the Player Experience.

Well were do i start here. Look i'm sorry but, i've just been looking for more of a RP based server. It's just hard to find something to do on the MilRP server without really any sort of RP at all. Trust me I like the garnet community and I always will! But, I just want more RP and it isn't here. Denied From what Proggy has sent me you were talking about a specific staff members that is underage about how their body fluids tasted like, in OOC, this is considered sexual harassment. While I will not be posting the screenshot that Proggy has sent due to the circumstance of the situation , I have discussed this ban with some of the executive team and the victim in question and we have all agreed that the ban will be reduced to 2 months. Joking or not, we take this offense very seriously and is not permitted on the network; therefore, please don't sexually harass anyone else in the future as that will result in a permanent ban again. Hopefully, you reconsider your actions and not do this again.

Your suggestion has been Denied VIP Mod isn't going anywhere. Some great staff have come from VIP Mod and the package helps keep the server running. VIP Mods are not immune to demotion. As long as there is a proper administrative team to identify and mitigate issues, and an executive team to demote abusive staff, there should be no issue with allowing the rank to be purchased. However @MisterShankie, the suggestion forum is not a place to call out specific staff members. Staff complaints should be directed to Diego and me.

You should get more involved in the server and our community before applying. Getting your name out that you want to help the server and be involved is the best way to getting accepted as part of the team.

+1 This +1 is strictly based on my experiences with him. I have never had a problem with him on the server and he also has a positive reputation in this community to my knowledge. He is very helpful on the server with assisting new players and he is very very active. I believe he will be a great addition to the team. I have heard about situations that may have taken place in the past but I cannot speak on something I don't know about so again this is strictly based on my personal experiences with him and how I feel he will be as a staff member! Tf you mean this can be fixed, if this really is his playtime this will be automatically denied. -1, I haven't had any experiences with you in game, and you obviously didn't read the rules. This isn't 2 paragraphs, this is two sentences. You need to like...completely fix your staff application, and get yourself well known in the community before you want a chance at getting accepted.

You had a ban appeal a couple of days ago. You were asked to provide evidence, never once did those recordings show up.

These screenshots and the way you act, tempting staff with "make me" and complaining in-game in ooc. Not only does that reflect on you as a person, but it further proves that the decision to demote you was much greater and the ban should stick. This appeal shouldn't be approved as the evidence is solid. I am sorry, Onee, but honestly you did deserve this ban. These do not require sits. It is obvious and doesn't need to be worked out as it is an intentional offense. Toxic attitudes are unacceptable to begin with. Take a look into it, what does NITRP stand for? No Intent To Role Play. You clearly intended to be in the server to cry and complain about your demotion.

I understand how the title looks, but hear this out. We have already had plenty of situations where people can join the server with "expendable income" - Onee. This situation can prove to be a major issue to those who want to mega-troll the server or leads the door open to abusive staff and plenty of issues. I was already told "VIP Mod can't fail the test" to become a proper staff.. this means they can just breeze through it regardless and abuse their power almost instantly. Most of us who are active already know some of the recent events, which further proves my point as this should be either completely updated to have many more limitations or be fixed to application only. I've had a problem with this from day 1 and hearing what I have already heard from other staff with "Some people join the game and buy VIP MOD just to fuck with the server". It grants easy access to restricted abilities, opens up to miscommunication and staff abuse. There SHOULD be more limitations on this or it should be upheld to the same standards as a regular application. How would it benefit the server? It would reduce the ability of staff-trolling and abuse. I also believe it puts a bad weight on those of us who actually care. It would improve staff to player relations, decrease staffing issues, put more trust within our team, and overall make things less stressful and overall reliable. I am sure anyone who is staff and active knows exactly what kind of example I am referring to. No one with 200+ spending dollars because you're a rich kid should be able to come in after 5 minutes on the server and act all high-and-mighty and have that ability. They should be recommended, show promise, and show that they have the capability to withhold the responsibility of staff.. shouldn't be able to skip all the hard work just because you got some money in your pocket... what kind of reputation does that give us? legit from Theta2 himself: "Some people buy/apply for mod just to fuck with it in the end."

To address @PapaKrabbe's point, yes I agree that they get trained the same - never said they didn't so there is no misunderstanding. Anybody can know the rules, however not everybody can uphold them in a non-toxic manner. Yes we can train all we want (even I was trained beautifully by @Lotus), but what you cannot train is someone's manner and demeanor. But lets break it down: Why are purchasable VIP mod roles a thing? Lets be frank, the server needs money. Cool, nothing wrong with that at all. But what are the consequences? A chance to ruin multiple people's experiences. Both purchasable VIP mods and staff mods get trained the same, why should we rework it? As I stated above, you can't train somebody's personality. Yes they payed $50 for the role they "should take it seriously", but at the same time this person that we are training can be toxic and unwelcoming to the community. What actually goes on in the trainings: You are questioned about the rules and trained with the UI. Yup, that's it. Again, anybody can know the rules, if we have low-level players, whom we've never interacted with get instant access to these tools it becomes chaos. We don't know who they are, all we know is they have a paycheck for us. Papa, I love you, I really do, but this doesn't make sense at all. Think about it, we are the community. I understand that staff opinions are held higher - THATS THE POINT LMAO! This is depriving us of our opinion. Anyways, to address the quote, community input is most definitely necessary. I can train joe (made up) as much as I want. He could get ALL the answers right the first time - pass with flying colors. But if Joe is a negative person, someone who makes irrational decisions at a moments notice - he is not fit for the team. As much as joe knows his material, joe's personality will never change. This is why community input is absolutely necessary. We want to know who we're dealing with. I want to know if a staff member had a toxic interaction. We all have different sides to the story, but a purchasable vip mod role just shows us 1% of the story. Purchasable VIP mod role needs to be reworked. Opinions need to be heard, not just money.

I see where you are coming from completely. Just because you bought Mod doesn’t make you a good person for the role. It’s almost disheartening to see how low some of the levels and playtime some people have when they buy it. Like what if you realize that you don’t like darkrp and you just wasted your money on this. If there was a way to make it so that you still have minimum hours in game to unlock ability to purchase it I think that could help some.

+1 I 100% agree. The people that actually want to make the server better are the ones that take the time to make an application - it shows dedication and passion for the community. Whereas on the other hand, you have players that can just buy themselves the role without the consulting of the community. This is why I love Garnet, it is very community based. However, I am saddened to see that $50 can eliminate the sense of community involvement. The entire community gets a chance to provide input on Staff Apps (whether the player is toxic, fun, humble, laid back, knows the rules, etc.), but it can all be avoided because you can buy your way into power. Again, those who truly care about the community (to flints point) will be more than willing to make a staff app on the forums. A purchasable VIP mod is abusive to the players as well as the community as they are robbed from their input.
