[minimum 2 paragraphs] I plan on benefiting the server by helping out whenever someone needs me. As many of you guys know I am young, and I have a lot of time to do these kinds of things. I just want to help out this server as much as possible. I really like this server and I plan on playing it for a while. I am really invested in becoming a staff because it opens up so many more opportunities to help out the community. My main goal as a staff is to help out the community in any way possible. Either that be with RP, Tryouts, helping out new players and even helping other staff if they need. If I get accepted, I will be always available to help new players or semi-experienced players. I will take as many reports as I can and show kindness to everyone on both sides and host open sims to help new players become better and well balanced will all the other players. I think all people should be treated the same even if someone is a newer player and I want to give people a chance to compete with everyone else and make sure they understand everything. I enjoy playing this server and I am constantly on even during the days where we have 30 population. I feel like as a staff I can help out so much more especially in Taliban as an officer. If I do get accepted, I will be able to help Taliban and as well as army. I don't have much experience as a staff but I'm a fast learner. I will always be available to do Teleport's or do anything to let officers have less of stressful time. I just love playing on this server and talking to many people I have come to know over these last few months. My primary goal is to help anybody that needs it because I like everyone on this server even if they don't like me. I am very friendly to new players, and I want to help them as much as I humanly can and if I get staff, I will try my best to help at all times. if I am given a chance I will disappoint and help everyone with anything I can do. Hi there Mehdi.fatmi, You were reported by a player named Tahu for RDM initially, and when speaking to both of you, he clarified that you'd actually killed him twice. He said the first time you just came up to him and shot him with a shotgun and the second time you sniped him out of nowhere. While I checked the logs, your response to this was "he's right" followed by "I don't think it's necessary to check logs, can I just have a warning or a jail". However, having seen the kill logs I'd noticed that you'd killed others too, and so I asked you why you'd killed so many people? Your response to this was "well I got this new sniper and I wanted to test it out". As a result, I explained to you that you can't go around killing random people and that because you'd killed 3+ people, it was indeed Mass RDM which comes with a 2 week ban. We had a full conversation and you had plenty of opportunity to alter your version of events, ask questions, or otherwise change your response if you wished to; but you simply admitted to killing people just so you could test your new guns, hence why I banned you for Mass RDM. +1 No matter the age they have been a wonderful Gmod player and a good staff member. I have seen them on Gmod when there is only one staff member on in EST mornings. They are a overall fantastic person and would be glad to see them be staff once again. GOOD LUCK !!!

MoonDoge has proven himself to be a fantastic staff member, and he joined the team not long before I did and worked his way up the ranks quickly, getting staff of the month and working up to an admin I believe from memory? He actually helped me when I was a new staff member with any questions I had, and was always a good laugh and chilled guy to chat to. Like myself, he lives in the UK (GMT timezone) and can really help during the low-pop hours when less staff are online, in fact just this morning he let me know of a couple of issues on the server so I could hop on and take care of things, which is when I suggested he should re-apply. He has a clean record and I don't ever remember him causing any issues, in fact quite the opposite, he'd always help new players who joined. I think he'd make a great addition to the team and I'm really glad he's applied! Best of luck mate

[minimum 2 paragraphs] My almost 900 hours has been spent mostly as a staff member on the server so I would believe myself to be experienced with rulebreakers and the punishments perfect for the situation. I'm also very familiar with the server's mechanics and I enjoy helping new players with something they may be struggling with; a couple common ones being fading doors, keypads etc. I'm quite often online on the weekends at around 11am GMT where propblock spawn and racism are very common and it makes the overall experience for old and new players alike much worse. In fact I decided to reapply after I joined this morning and saw all tunnels blocked and the n-word being spammed in advert. This lack of staff members at dead hours is definitely not healthy for the server since it's prime-time for trolls and minges alike to come and destroy the first-impressions new players have of the server. Overall i would say you probably need to redo this and not rush over it.

+1 I've played with scratch for a long time and he knows what he's doing. He may be young but he is mature. His activity has been excellent and he is absolutely committed. This man (boy, ig) absolute deserves a chance to help the server. Easy +1 from me with our experiences together on this server.

HUGE +1 His age is the only red flag. Regardless, Scratch has shown utter commitment to the GG community and I believe becoming staff would nurture his growth and maturity - not only as a player, but as an adult. He's a familiar name in the MRP community and, most of all, has proven to be more mature than most players on the server. In this case, I don't believe age is a factor. I can say that I have seen Scratch have more patience with new players than most DS's or RAC's. Some players might have a problem acknowledging Scratch as a staff member, but he'll learn how to handle those situations in due time and with guidance from the rest of the staff team. I'd be more than happy to welcome the youngling to the staff team. I'd actually love to train him! Good luck!
