As opposed to other GarnetGaming related documents that were on my personal email, and are still available from early as 2016. This email was deleted/deactivated following my mutual departure (to clarify: I was offered to remain T. Admin, but declined as I felt the prospect of working together with the remaining management members would be too much of a possible conflict), this action subsequently deleted/archived/private any documents created. At the time, I was told by the then Superadmin that I would have a "right to do so" Why should your ban be removed?: This question/prompt on ban appeals is always very difficult for a lot of players, and I'm not exempt from that. Simply put, I broke the written rules, rules I was entrusted to enforce, and probably wrote a fair few of them, despite what "permission" or "clearance" I thought I had - I was not thinking clearly, given a tough proverbial pill to swallow, and consequences of my actions were not something I was concerned with (even though they should have been). Though I myself have denied many appeals for "appeals are not for apologies" - I feel an apology is owed: To start I'm sorry - to Garnet, to the then staff/gamemaster team(s), battalion leadership, and to the players impacting directly or indirectly, then current or future; I'm deeply sorry. I understand the severity of my actions and the negative impact they had on the community. Deleting community documents, especially without fully comprehending their significance, was a mistake, plain and simple - it was an impulsive decision that caused a great deal of inconvenience and distress to numerous teams/staff and the community. I know how to use the tools I'm given to the fullest extent, even creating some dupes that lasted long after I left HGM. The events that I helped assist and host spoke for themselves, as one of the main GMs hosting the Butchellio events (at the time was largely regarded as one of the best campaigns during its time). I've utilized tools that helped pave the way for other events, such as the fog tool, falling rocks during mountain events, or "crashing" the Venator into a planet and then switching to a map with a crashed Venator. As of late, some of the events seem to be drifting further and further away from PassiveRP that I want to bring back. There are goals that I want to set for myself if I do become gamemaster. Some of those goals may be how I set up an event, something like "Have everyone's Battalion do their special trick, or run an event without anyone having to fire a single shot. I think there's infinite ways you can go about doing an event, but it matters what you put into it. Have you ever been banned or punished on any server?: Nope How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: At the moment, I have a decent amount of time to play the server (I would be dual staffing but can find gaps to join back and forth) In your own words, what are the responsibilities of a Gamemaster?: A Gamemaster should bring fun and exciting incidents to the server, which don't always need to be justified by an enemy, rather could be justified by the environment. A gamemaster should understand the fundamentals of a story, such as Man-Vs-Man, or Man-Vs-Environment, or Man-Vs-Society. Describe how you would contribute to RP as a part of the Gamemaster team: For starters, I would like to start providing issues through the base, in a more realistic sense the base needs to be cared for as well as a car is seen by a mechanic if acting up. Whether that be a rupture in the coupling for the lighting, or a gas leak from corroded piping, not everything needs to be jumping out to kill the troopers every second of the day. Explain your single most creative idea for contributing to the RP environment of the server: I assisted with the potential creations of the R&D branch of the GAR. I've taken the role of "Scribe" and write down all findings and creations for other players to explore in future events. R&D's purpose is for GMs to get a freebee for creating a cool new thing for people to look into. While I wasn't the one to come up with R&D (Shout out to Elias), it would be an excellent tool for GMs to use to create a sense of purpose to people who did the research on a previous mission. Please list and explain 5 unique event ideas of any scale: [Be sure to include any additional context that may be necessary to your explanation] Krimson Sons: The GAR are called off-world to deal with a large riot, with civilians running around, trying to loot, and attacking at random forcing the GAR to pick certain fights while trying to maintain peace. Out of all of the chaos, a woman in distress claims that “The Krimson Sons” who reside underground are calling all the shots and have agents that are actively inciting these issues. Depending on where the GAR are talking to this person, the civilian may be killed or knocked unconscious giving in to some MEDRP. Once they get this piece of information, the GAR are to make it to his base and make it clear that there will be no conflict. The idea behind this event is to create a string of events where they have run-ins with the Krimson Sons and everytime they “Catch” him, they can’t pin anything to him and are forced by Republic Law to let him go. This would be the first mission, many more should follow. Operation Moth Lamp: Anakin Skywalker has gone missing! After a small investigation by the Sentinels/CID, they can see that it was a Force Sensitive that had abducted him. The Jedi deduce that Count Dooku is behind this and launch a search and rescue party to find the Jedi Knight. They come across a CIS space station that’s on Status 1. The GAR are able to sneak aboard and quietly but quickly fight their way with little resistance. The GAR finds that Anakin, despite being unarmed, was able to fight his own way back to the clones. Unfortunately, they had walked right into a trap! The hangar doors seal shut, everyone is locked out from everyone else, and droids seem to be coming from out of nowhere! It's up to the Navy to figure out how to unlock this floating rock and escape! Operation Icarus: A report from another Battlegroup has come in, it seems that the CIS have made a weapon of mass destruction, something that can level one side of a planet with a single shot. This intel is given to RANCOR and conjures a plan to take it out by utilizing the entire 34th. The large weapon resides near a large CIS FOB. Upon landing, the Clones must take over one of the smaller FOBs and secure a quick position. They are put against the clock and must shut down the large weapon using control panels scattered throughout the map. They will be working against the clock so splitting up and covering more ground may be the best course of action. Possibility of failure is real and will have to deal with the fallout. The Golden Holocrons: More of a campaign idea, but the idea of the Jedi seeking out these new artifacts and studying what they are and what they do. They would find nothing until a strange individual shows up who isn’t affiliated with any group. He arrives with what seems to be a humanoid group in heavy armor who give the GAR a helluva time, taking FOBs, attempting to sack the generator, and even attempting to kill the Admiral. The Jedi are deployed and the figure moves to take what golden holocrons they have at the moment. After the long battle, once the holocrons are secured, the 34th chases them down to get what they came for. While on the Venator, the hostile force, instead of fleeing, they turn around and start an assault to throw them off. The 34th crash land onto one of the researching planets and come to find out that the Golden Holocrons that they were in possession of hold great power, enough to cause a massive imbalance to the Galaxy, and with that on the table, the 34th and Jedi are left to search for these Galaxy ending boxes. Lighting Issues: A very simple on-world, where the lights are down on Anaxes Base. As the Engineers are looking into it, they deduce that a team is needed to fix the generator forcing the 34th to leave the base while the offsite team makes its way into the base to fix the issue. The 34th are forced to have a field day outside the base with cadences, training, or some other activities of the sort. The Clones could also host a “laser tag” training where its team based and if you’re hit you put your weapon away and step off as you are “out”. The idea for this event is to appreciate the outside of the base every now and then.

Alright you little worm, first of all, we both know what I meant by that is you literally had the capability to erase those documents. I then asked you not to. You’re using this piece of evidence here as a blanket of nuance to say, “Wellll…. he /did/ say I could do it technically.” Lame as fuck. I’d also like to bring light to the fact that a consideration of your removal/ban was the constant attempts to go around me to get what you wanted done without consulting me or even special. I want to start by again, addressing the situation that happened in the community and express that I was incredibly disappointed in what has taken place at the time you had left. I have expressed to you that in your upcoming appeal I would be much happier if you had JUST included a simple apology, as opposed to pointing fingers at in an attempt to partially justify the actions you took. I mentioned this to you explicitly earlier in our chat. I understand that nothing that happened back then was all that positive, but lets move on and not hold grudges. With all that being said, we have had a dozen recent private conversations, which have all proven to be helpful, and you have GENUINELY helped me to a HUGE degree as of the past month or two; far more than alot of the current staff - whether it comes to coding or mapping. I just got frustrated and didn't think about what I was doing at the time. Why should your ban be removed?: I did not intend to break any server rules. @Ziggy (doin this because no one else has) I personally feel like this ban wasn't entirely proportional to the wrong he committed way back whenever it was (i'm not good with dates). Not to mention the extended history Conway has in regards to community contributions for MRP and SWRP, and how he could influence the current state of the communities would prove beneficial. I admit though, I don't know the story behind why he was banned but I 100% vouch for his potential future contributions. +1 o7 brother.

+1 There's been issues in the past, but at the end of the day, with the server where it is, you could be a hugely beneficial addition. Even now, your period as Admiral is widely considered the best term of an Admiral on the server, and with your vast experience even beyond that, I feel it will be worthwhile to have you unbanned.

+1 When Conway, got banned from messing with docs it was quite weird to me and didn’t sound like that would be some he would do. As you can see bishop mentioned he had the right of doing that. Conway set up the foundation of where the server went even if it was good or even bad. Even though we had some discrepancies in the past he was mostly professional about everything. I think he needs another shot with helping out the server but, obviously don’t allow him to own any important documents just incase.

Or I can play the role as a injured soldier for the medics to do some RP with me Explain your single most creative idea for contributing to the RP environment of the server: Please list and explain 5 unique event ideas of any scale: Event 1: Missing convoy (On-world) Any available clones on anaxes get called to DB and are informed about a missing convoy that was sent to the village. All the info that is given is the route they took and too proceed with caution. As the clones headout they find dead bodies and destroyed vehicles, the second that they realize that it was an ambush scavengers/raiders appear from the bushes and begin to open fire onto the clones. After the clones manage to kill the wrong-doers they must complete the mission by bringing the supplies to the village for all the villagers Event 2 : Something lurks (On-world) This event will be stretched out over a couple of hours. The basic idea is that CO’s are given info that there's something outside the base that is giving the clones trouble. The CO’s are then issued orders to send their men out to find it. During this time small groups of clones are sent out to the forest to look for this thing. On their patrols the clones may experience, Physiological horror and start to hear things. This will only be a few people. After bringing this info back to base some may think the clones have gone crazy. Until a patrol is sent out and finally sees this monster. This monster will start spawning hostiles of unknown origin with plans to kill the clones. It will be up to them to stop this horrible creature! Event 3 : Stowaway (Off-World) (I swear it's not meant to be like among us) This event will take place on the good ol venator, The clones will be briefed on a mission about a distress signal involving the CIS and a trader (which is irrelevant) On flight they will be attacked by pirates, the clones will successfully repel the attack but one of the pirates will manage to get some clone armor and do his best to blend in. The stowaway will attempt to sabotage the venator and its up to the clones to find him (CG Mainly). Once he is found out he will be jailed and the clones will find out the mission that was originally given was a fake distress signal. Event 4 : Unexpected betrayal (Off-World) The clones get briefed on a distress call that the CIS has overrun their village and they need immediate assistance. The clones assemble quickly and get to the village as fast as they can. Upon arrival they don't see any sign of the CIS or the villagers for that matter. They keep moving to the village anyways. As they get closer and closer they can see that there are wrecked ATTE’s and IFT-X’s. They feel like something isn't right. Once they make it to the village it's clear that the CIS aren't there. They try to look for the villagers for answers. Then from the hilltop the CIS open fire trying to kill as many clones as possible. During the chaos the jedi’s notice a dark figure standing in the back. The jedi leave the clones to fight this mysterious figure, only to learn that it is a sith. After a crazy battle the clones and jedi manage to come out on top. They find the mayor of the village to confront them, they learn that they made a deal with the sith to lead the GAR to them for a vast amount of wealth. It is now up to the GAR to deal with the village (Leave them and never return) or (Treat them as hostiles and kill them all). Event 5 : Assassination (On-World) (Possible PK) Bounty hunters head to anaxes to kill a clone officer (whoever is on that is 2LT+) The clones will be given tasks to head out of base and it's up to them to protect their CO. The bounty hunters must find a way to kill the CO without being found. This will last until the bounty hunter gives up, the clones complete all the tasks or the CO/Bounty hunter is killed. I've seen something like this in FiveM, there was a radio that donator classes could use to play music inside a certain radius. I don't know if it is at all possible, but the fact that cinema does work this gives me hope +1 Would need to set rules to it probably similar to cinema to make sure that it wouldnt be abused, but apart from that I love the idea.

Denied After speaking to another member of the executive team we don’t see a reason to punish X12 for his actions. Players are not to raid bases with a building sign, call a staff member if someone is breaking the rules, do not just raid. He told you to stop the raid, which you did not. The staff member is always in charge and has the final say on any situation. He will be spoken to about how to handle something like this better in the future, such as what he should have done after the initial sit. With that being said, no punishment will be issued to X12. Ok this is how I viewed the situation. When I first took them to the roof, I waited for all parties to explain the situation so I could correctly understand what happened. Stilgλr was indeed breaking the rules by having printers in his base while building and by basing with a Thief. However, you also broke the rules because you raided a base that had a building sign. According to the Server Rules "If a building sign is placed on the exterior of a building all roleplay is paused inside of the building" so you are not allowed to raid him. I understand he cannot have printers in his base while he's building so you should have reported him for that. The rules do not say having printers while buildings gives you the ability to raid the base. In addition, the excuse you gave saying you didn't know that the base was building is not a valid excuse because the building sign was clearly visible. It's in front of the main doors and you can even see it in your first clip. It's right above the doors in clear big red letters. The entire situation would have easily been resolved if you just reported him in the first place for having a failbase but instead you decided to escalate the situation. Stilgλr, during the first sit, had said that he only owned part of the base while his friend owned the other half. There was a disagreement so I went to go check for myself what kind of building it was to make sure because I was thinking it could have been the hotel or something. Once we teleported, you then proceeded to immediately destroy the printers and kill his friend while we were in a sit. You were not given permission to destroy the printers or kill anyone especially since they weren't attacking you. I then brought you both back to the roof as I now understood the situation. I noticed Stilgλr was a new player to the server and he clearly showed he wasn't aware of the two rules he broke so I explained to him what rules he was breaking and how to fix it. I decided to give him a verbal for two reasons. One being the printers were not even his. I'm not going to punish him because his friend had printers in the base. Two being he was new to the server and simply did not know he could not base with a thief as a gun dealer. It's a commonly overlooked rule so I was willing to give him a break and just give him a verbal. Since you also broke one of the server rules, I also decided to just give you a verbal because both parties broke rules. I don't like being too harsh with my punishments so I gave you the benefit of the doubt and decided to not warn you for it. It did not seem fair to warn any one of you. I then proceeded to type in chat that the raid was now over and for you to not kill him (you can see me say it in chat in the 3rd link). The raid was now over because Stilgλr had to now fix his base except you immediately killed him right after the sit was over. I didn't supervise Stilgλr doing it because reports were piling up so I had to deal with others. It seemed like an easy fix for Stilgλr since he just had to change classes and change a simple sign. You went against my word and proceeded to rdm Stilgλr. Stilgλr didn't even have anything in his base to raid for since you clearly destroyed his printers. There was nothing for you to gain in that raid yet you still continued on. You say that I was biased against you and was only siding with Stilgλr yet you ignore the verbal warning I gave him and you ignored that I never even punished you even though you were also in the wrong. Since both parties did wrong, I decided to go easy on both of you. Now we go onto the second sit where you got reported for rdm. You claim that you did not see that I announced that the raid was over so you killed him thinking the raid was still ongoing. Even if I did say the raid was still ongoing, you should not have killed Stilgλr because you knew he was going to be teleported back there since we were just there. You did not even give him a chance to react, you killed him within 3 seconds of being teleported back. Now I did announce in chat that the raid was over but I again was willing to give you a yet another break because you could have overlooked it, I'm not sure how you think I was possibly biased there when I gave you the benefit of the doubt yet again. In the second sit, you proceeded to spam request for a higher-up without listening to me (you asked 4 times in quick succession). You refused to acknowledge what I was telling you and simply asked for a higher-up. At first I denied your request because I first wanted to explain to you what happened and how you weren't supposed to continue raiding. You decided to just completely ignore me and even threaten my by saying you're going to the forums. I finally decided to bring a higher-up because you were not listening to me and ignoring me. And then after Currently Baked understood the situation, he explained to you the exact same thing I was telling you. He agreed that you are not allowed to raid a base with a building sign even though it has printers. You also tried to twist both of our words and claim something we never said. You were completely disrespectful to both me and Currently Baked. We let you both off with verbals because of the messy situation yet you still claim I was biased. I did not feel right warning/jailing anyone involved so I did not. So that is how I viewed the situation, I'll now let my higher-ups take charge of the situation and I'll make sure to listen to them. If I did anything wrong, I'll acknowledge my mistake and change going forward but I wanted to at least give my side of the story. Thank you.

You knew exactly what you were doing and you were clearly being a minge. Multiple people including me were telling you to stop breaking NLR and you kept on coming back. I decided to upload our entire sit together so everyone can see how you acted during the sit and how many rules you broke. You committed mass NLR, had a failbase, tried to ardm during a sit, ignored my requests, and to top it all off, you left during the sit to avoid punishment a.k.a. LTAP. I told you multiple times to leave the base because you were breaking NLR and you kept on going back in, I had to tp you one time too and you still went back inside, like come on dude. I did not want to ban you but you left me no option after you showed you did not care about the sit and just decided to leave. And for the higher-up that takes care of this appeal, I'd like to request for his ban to be extended to 6 days as he actually did NITRP+LTAP if possible, thanks.
