Can Confirm. Hades demonstrates knowledge of server rules and dedication to upholding them while making the environment more enjoyable for all community members. I've heard little to no complaints around your actions and have seen you across multiple garnet servers always acting accordingly and trying to make sure people have a good time and I believe you'd make a great fit on the staff team. +1

Skel was/is an Active community member with previous staffing whos, already proven himself to be capable in moderating the server, Also from what I've seen Skel was one of the staff members who genuinely interacted with all parts of the community, actively making sure all community members voices were heard and accounted for, Imo there's hardly any1 else with dedication n the capabilities skel has already proved, and I think he'd be a great fit back on the team

-1, low playtime. Apart from the play time, I had no issues with the app. I think the events would be fun and engaging, +10 points for The events being a 5 part campaign. (doesn't looked over either) Past GM experience, and understands the crucialness of GM's on players retention Little confused on the name but less than a day in cant expect too much, Overall I think if you spend another 2 weeks to a month getting around the server a bit and build some rep you'd see a lot more love in the feedback from the community. had 2 double check and make sure i wasn't on shitpost central lmao, this was tame asf and the majority of it seems like a buildup of stress from being one of the only active and imitative taking higher up. Anyone whos been in the discord these were taken from can pull clips of shit way worse than this from the majority of players lmao. that being said some things said could be viewed as toxic or extreme if you are expecting a full 9-5 job office level of professionalism in a gmod server staff team, but if you sit in the position of a college kid on an esport team nothing here was too bad, if there was some legit harassments issue it could've been brought to theos or garnet or even to smity himself. in my time on the server smity was anything but tyrannical or power hungry lmao he was the only person who'd listen to the common person's opinion.

+1, Timezone would be useful providing oversight on the downtime when us PST and ESTers are alseep. Kirin has also clearly demonstrated ability to lead and help people with their extensive time and positions within the community. No doubt in my mind Kirin would be a hinderance to the server or staff team and would in fact, help improve the playspace for all players.

[minimum 2 paragraphs] I think I should be chosen over other applicants for a few reasons, leading in, I think our server lacks late night and early morning staff, just yesterday morning there was a CT who was massing in a tank and there was nobody to despawn/punish after the fact the CT, also at the time of writing this at 3est and there is only a VIP Mod only who was just admitted to staff on Sunday. With me being staff I could be there to assist all the late night and early PST players who may have questions or reports to make that will get lost by the time somebody gets on to help them. I also have vast experience leading and being there for Q/A or any server issues that may be affecting the players. I plan on contributing to the Staff steam and community by being assistance in whatever that need whether that is assisting in roleplay, taking sits, or whatever may and will come up. +1 also confirming my referral. One of the best RPers ik, consistently is in character and, has previous GM experience with great events that can attract and utilize all members on the server. Although ik I'm not a GM, I do think I could tell the difference between somebody who could benefit the server compared to somebody who wouldn't, I think Thomas would be a great help and addition on the GM team.

After initially reading I planned on +1ing due to my personal experiences with you and you're recent involvement in WOC but after seeing some of the reasons for others -1, I decided to hold off and see if what they claimed to stand true. While I think the reflection of your actions along with everyone else who was in MARSOC is valid but people seem to want to stick that toxic label on you even after that. Since then he has continued to be active unlike the majority of MARSOC and he acknowledged and consciously changed his behavior. Hxoyn is more responsible and accountable than the majority of people I've seen him with standing out as the one who is constantly thinking about their actions and how they may reflect, which is a change to what I will call the indoctrination he received. I think the open willingness to face and actively act on critiques demonstrates enough how he has matured undeniably to the point of being trusted with T.Mod and the opportunity to climb Staff & Officer Roaster. I got "Do not trained" my first day on this server for worse than whatever Hxo did in MARSOC, and Staff and 11A took the chance on me and let me stay around to prove my worth and now I'm 11A and MRP staff, there is not a shred of doubt in my mind Hxo can do the same.
