(include any proof): I streamed lego build reviews (to a group of 7 men who we're all laughing) on pornhub in the swrp discord and got instantly comm banned Why should your ban be removed?; Granted, I went out with a bang for sure. But also what can't be denied is when I was peak hours and commitment to the server, I did the #1 highest rated event till this date and pushed and called for the community to get the highest peak player count. I also pushed for developments and behind the scenes work and community engagement so the server's health was the highest, including Clone Trooper roles and functions to make for a better server ecosystem. So yeah after I got banned I trolled but, when I was dedicated and in my staff position I put in some serious work and the server was flourishing. Yes after I resigned there was a string of resignations almost like 20 of them but I genuinely didn't have any say or doing in them and that was their own personal doings. After I resigned I didn't even really talk about Garnet to anyone, I was dragged into it for sure and people used me and my position in the community to push their concept. I was insanely well received before the fallout, and the statistics both player count. I know how to make gaming entertaining for all and that was a thing I pushed for since first joining the server and having late night conversations with Proggy at 4 A.M. So apologies to those offended, my status was used in a beef I genuinely didn't care to be apart of and I could help the server need be or whatever life brings us to. also R.I.P. Clone Trooper Regiment There should be a base clone trooper, no color, no regiment, entry battalion so that there’s a genuine incentive to host and attend tryouts instead of just giving them it instantly and then people just quit. There has been millions of problems that 212th / 501st have had since the start of this server, that could've easily been solved by this, this was a suggestion I made first month of the server being re-released. When you instantly give them a battalion, you are taking away the reasoning to look out for tryouts, oversaturating two battalions, and leaving the rest with zero incentive to join as they already are in a "Battalion", we have seen time and time this not work out as most new players stay in these two battalions and or end up leaving never to join again. New players just sit in 501st/212th leaving the rest of these battalions with zero interest because the work was done for them. 501st/212th should NOT be one of the biggest battalions, it should be a equal spread. And this is shown very clearly by data over the course of the past ~ 5 months. This is a playing factor to why most battalions (despite all of the implementations/updates) remain to be dead. There is no incentive. Also when minges join and are given 501st/212th, then you've just inherently killed a battalion's reputation because its constantly filled with minges, instead if it were just regular "CT's" doing this, then it wouldn't have such a long term effect. (Also 91st was replaced with 21st thinking it was 91st fault for being dead for it to be just as dead, even worse, but in reality it was this) A Live Staff Roster (Google Spreadsheet Document) As we continue to grow and expand into being a more matured, aging server. We should start to consider efficiency as a priority so things are done effectively. One of these things is we have no live, consistently updated and to date staff roster. As people resign and leave our Staff/GM team it can be hard to get a gauge of exactly who we got and what we need. From a management perspective this could be very helpful to get organized and give's the entire team better information to do their jobs/roles effectively. From Management > Administration > Lead's > Senior's , would ALL benefit from this. A utilization of a Steam-ID activity checker can also be added to this doc to make sure the team is active and nobody is picking up slack they shouldn't be. There can also be a GM activity/event log within this roster document. There's so many unused elements within this that could benefit us as a team so much. Optimization I could quite literally get a list of over 70+ never used models/entities that are just taking up space on the server. If it were possible to delete individual items from certain packs then we could easily clear out a good amount of clutter space these certain models/entities are taking up. This would be a @Nutter question. Conclusion I think these suggestions would genuinely make a impact on the server's health and expectations. + 1 , A God Send Candidate for the Game Master Department. Me and Sail have spoken on many different occasions, each and every time, it has been nothing less than a positive, new-coming, eye-opening, experience. This man, has not only, done WONDERS to my life, but also many others. In real life, Sail has donated over 10,000 dollars to starving children programs, all across the world. This man, is nothing short of a miracle. In fact, I have had him in my will, to personally take over all of my financial and personal assets. You may say: "Maybe, that isn't the best decision." and my response to you is, you clearly have not spoken to this man. I cannot believe he is not already been instated as an Official Game Master for the Garnet Gaming Network. This man would provide not only a 5+ year rollout of experience, but also a breath of fresh air in the community as a whole. I have grown very close with Sail over the course of many, many, many years, and I have given him explicit permission to marry my future daughter. I want this man, in my family. And honestly, who wouldn't?! Here's a testimony of true faith from a satisfied believer; "I was severely depressed, alone, and cold, but after speaking with Sail for the first time. + 1 , Dedicated as F*CK . This is probably one of the most in depth applications I've seen in a minute and this man is absurdly active member of the community. Also currently in a leadership position and was also the main reason 21st Nova Corps was added to the server.

Zero names of the servers owned/managed, if you make a bold claim like that, at least have a link to back it up. Failed the rules question originally, and I'm under the impression you have looked at accepted staff applications to find the correct answer. On the plus side: You have potential to grow, and have had zero bad instances on the server or related GG Networks. Your reputation is neutral and I've seen good RP from you. A good community member, but for staff, right now I'm gonna have to say no. Take inspiration and criticism and turn it into something positive!
