+1 Diseyeker Was a good trooper in 91st and is doing good in ARC. The App is a bit standard but everyone's got to start somewhere. I'm excited to see how he does.

I agree with this, try to put some more work into this section cause it will go a long way. It seems like you definitely have some experience in staffing roles and i have not had any negative interactions with you so im inclined to give a +1.

I'm leaning towards a +1 based off of my interactions with you on the server. you haven't done anything that puts you negatively on the staffs radar i do agree with special about putting some more effort into the 'why should we choose you' section as it will definitely help. secondly, it doesn't matter if you have JUST Gmod staff experience, we are looking for any kind of staffing experience at all. even if it was some small moderator role on a discord server, it shows us that you were trusted enough to hold this kind of power, and will tell us the kind of staff member you may be. +1 I completely agree. i had been thinking about this for awhile wondering if/when it might happen. the grey screen is a bit boring. also i think they should make the crash screen an actual crash screen lol like an image of a venator crashing into another venator from the show

+1 There have been better apps and there have been worse apps, and as he said, you gotta start somewhere. Mark has been a dedicated member of 91st from the beginning and earned himself the title of XO pretty quickly. He brings a lot to the table in regards to RP and he translates a lot of what he knows from the military into SWRP. Though he can be a little impatient at times, he has done well so far in his current positions and i believe he will do well as a staff member.

+1 I cant +1 this enough. Janitor has been a model clone in the 91st and has quickly been rising through the ranks as he is active and cares about RP and the server as a whole. He has told me about his prior experiences many times and his involvements and ideas, many of which were very good. He has several maps from his previous GM experiences that could be good additions to our map pool as well as some good ideas to our Server. Overall i feel he would be a good addition to the GM Team.

I need you to reword/re-grammar that because it actually hurts to read Also as i had said, this was my first serious interaction as a fairly newly appointed Mod. I was going down the checklist and ensuring that i did my job right, even if that means it takes a little longer than your patience could hold out for. the last thing i want is 2 knuckle heads getting out of a ban on a technicality. It also doesn't give you the right to blow them up with an explosive AFTER i already jailed them.

-1 You do seem to have appropriate experience, and you would be helpful during ghost hours; however, there are a couple thing I would like to mention. Firstly is an incident with him just the other day during ghost hours. I was dealing with 2 MassRDMers and as it would've been my first bans as a MOD, I wanted undeniable proof before i started punishing these two. I instructed all normal players to NOT retaliate (which is of course already a server rule, #5 to be exact.) to which he ignored and continued to retaliate against these two regardless of instruction. Secondly you did NOT read the Staff rules, as it clearly states: Due to these infractions I cannot apply a positive endorsement to this application.

yeah i noticed thank you; however......... that overrode my Tmod rank so i can't staff. so i had Ziggy set me back to tmod.... which then broke the VIP shit again -_-

unfortunately, as a titan, switching to the classes still doesn't work cause its not "VIP"
