Ok I'll try to explain my thought process through the entire thing and why I decided to ban you. So what started this chain of events was you stealing printers that my friends and I were trying to transport followed by you raiding another friend's base. What you did was 100% valid and you followed the rules. I was however confused at first because I thought we were cool because we were nothing but nice to you the past couple of days and thought we were just chill. I had heard reports of you being a toxic player but I initially dismissed those claims because you I had not seen you done anything yet. So I was like whatever, it is darkrp and you're allowed to raid whoever. You then decided to insult both Dovey and I for no apparent reason. The first two rules of the server are "Do not disrespect other members of the community when out-of-character (OOC)" and "Do not harass, grief, or troll players of the community". Considering they are literally the first two rules listed, I expect players to follow these and show other people respect, I especially expect long time members to know these rules better than anyone else. Everyone is supposed to have fun on the server and I do not tolerate players that make the server uncomfortable for others. In OOC, you decided to say: 1) "sorry i just dont like women that seek validation on a 10 year old game honest to god its cringe af", 2) "i dont like simps either", 3) "i mean at least im taken", and 4) "dovey wasnt valid enough for vr chat so came to gmod". You claimed in the sit that you considered your messages to be simple trash talking: https://imgur.com/a/yFiS5UD. I 100% disagree with you. Trash talking is like going up to someone in game and saying they have shit aim, aimlabs is free, they have a shitty base, etc. You're just commenting on their in-game mechanics but you attempted to attack our personas which is not considered trash talking, you went out of your way to insult us multiple times in OOC. Don't act innocent and be like we didn't know your intentions. You said those messages to just simply be toxic. When I brought you into the sit, I wanted you to show some type of remorse or maybe even apologize but you did not care. In your head, you believed you were just chatting and I knew nothing was going to change no matter what I said, you were just going to continue being toxic. You've been on the server a long time and you should already know you cannot act this way towards another player for any reason. Your intentions are clear, you are just here to make the server uncomfortable for players and I do not think you are fit for the community if this is how you act after a singular raid on people that had only been nice to you. Too many mods let the harassment get too far before they ban and I was not about to let that happen. Anytime someone makes a toxicity or harassment report, I take it seriously because my main mission is to make sure everyone is happy on the server. And when I saw that two other senior level staff members agreed that you were toxic, I decided to ban you for harassment after taking into consideration you have been a long time member of the community that knows harassment is not allowed period. Dovey has been getting harassed by other players of the community the past two days and I was tired of giving people the benefit of the doubt when their intentions were clear from the beginning. I'm taking a stand here and not going to allow players that are overly toxic towards others be on the server without consequences. I have provided proof of other OOC messages she's been receiving from others below. It's absolutely disgusting what people have been saying to her recently and you were not helping with your OOC messages. I was not going to give you special treatment on the server just because you're a long time VIP member. I'll let whoever takes care of the appeal decide whether or not they think the ban was justified and whether or not they think it should be reduced. Denied After hearing from both sides, I am going to deny your appeal. This was essentially just a warn appeal because all the staff member did was give you a warn for failbase which is proven in the clips above. It is not the staff member's fault that you were one warn away from a ban. I recommend you try breaking less rules if you don't want to get banned. -1 Mostly because you didn't put much effort into your application. The not reading staff rules is a minor thing but if you do apply again, make sure to take the constructive criticism.

you gotta put some effort into your application dude. I recommend you look at prior accepted staff applications for a better idea and get more well known in the community until you apply again.
