(include any proof): I dont have any video or photo evidence because I hardly play this game anymore, but the situation was I was dueling this guy, forgot his user. But I was dueling him and then after the fact he started annoying the shit out of me so I will admit I rdmed him one time... Bro kept coming up to me so I may have killed him once more. That makes 2 if I am not mistaken.. So me and this guy are pulled to a sit room w/ the staff and chat about what is going on. They are talking about mass rdm and I explain to them that the logs may say so but me and this guy were using the duel npc very previously before. Okay, so then the staff decides that I will take a jail for RDM x 2 which makes sense, well deserved. Obviously I know my boundaries as I used to play the server every single day, why would I mass and catch a 2 week ban when I can catch an 8 minute jail right? Then I afk in this jail over night in which I got off the game at that point. I later find out today that the guy who originally was reporting me was unhappy with my jail So then he reports me again, wanting me banned I guess, going back on the fact that me and him were running duels trying to turn it into a mass rdm ban. I guess the mods checked logs of me previously having a good time w/ my friends inside of their base or what not killing each other because we get bored, this shouldn't've been an issue considering it wasn't a part of the report and if I was "rdming" these random people why wouldn't they report it? They counted this into the previous 2 rdms for some apparent reason and decided it was well enough to please this guys needs & ban me... I dont understand how the logs say that I was in the street all 3 times which is not true, it was twice... I RDMED THIS GUY TWICE GUYS! NOT 3 TIMES!

I'm gonna say -1 considering that you already have these warns and I had just saw you on the server prop minging about a day ago, you need to probably take more understanding of the rules before applying.

Yeah, and to make sure it was 2 before I pulled you to the sit? and then we talked and you thought it was a pvp zone?

I don't understand how you thought it was a pvp room but I guess... He may been chasing you but the server rule is he has to actually do damage to you for you to be able to use self defense. I believe you killed ATLEAST 2 people including the guy that had you are saying were chasing you, correct me if I am wrong. I am still not at my house I should be later today or tomorrow to see if I have photo evidence to prove.

I dont have evidence to provide at the moment since I am not at my house with my main PC, but I remember the situation. You clearly admit to massing and apologizing for it which is not what you do in appeals. "I shouldnt of ran around killing random people" you're correct, and when I pulled you to the sit I didn't instantly ban you, you proceed to kill the person accusing you and then attempted to stab and kill me if I didn't freeze you fast enough. Once I froze you you continued to giggle for some reason then at that point I banned you because I checked logs and you had killed multiple people before hand as a hobo. If I need a clip or proof for this I can check if I have it, but he clearly admitted to it in his appeal.

As everyone else has said, you have to fully read through the rules and requirements of a staff application for your best shot at being on the team. I'm going to be giving you a -1 just because of all of the flaws through the staff application, I definitely recommend resubmitting in a few days.

What King said... HERE Well, I know you as a player and I highly doubt you actually meant these threats but they're not taken lightly on the server. I recommended you appeal with no guarantee that you would have any time reduced because of the fact that they aren't taken lightly on the server. I understand the trolling that was happening between you and the other player at the time but that makes no excuse for what you typed in OOC chat... Even if you didn't know the rules at the time or how serious the punishment is, ddosing threats aren't really okay anywhere so it should've been common sense I think. It isn't up to me whether this is accepted, denied, or reduced but I highly doubt it will be accepted as a whole considering its a ddos threat that you clearly did, especially in OOC chat for every person on the server to see which made it worse for yourself. Even if you are sorry, as computer said the appeals is for things that you think you didn't do wrong, not for apologies or a cry for help. I myself don't have a picture of the ban but I have a recording of the ban leading up to the point where I do ban him if needed. King I hope you don't make these mistakes in the future no matter how angry you are at a certain person, its a pretty serious threat, its illegal too lol. Best of luck, jiggly

Past experiences as staff: Um, I was staff a few years ago when I was really young and I was able to handle that pretty well. I always spent my time making sure I was a fair & fun moderator. Why should we choose you over other applicants? I feel like I am a good fit for the staff team because I log on almost daily. I always enjoy being on the server in general and I haven't been on for a long period of time but obviously you can see I've put my hours in and had my fun. I feel like I can dedicate my time to helping out the server in staff situations as well. I feel like I would be a nice part of the staff team because I am a very reasonable and respectful person. But I will admit In the past for example I have been a little rude with a situation surrounding my custom class. Since then I have always tried to be a respectful and fun player on the server and the forums. I am friends with a large amount of the community and have no beef or arguments with players that are online with me. I don't have any issues with anger outbreaks or screaming arguments with other players because I honestly feel like the server should be played on to have fun, and make friends. I also feel like I would be a good addition to the staff team because even though I am in the Central time zone, I am up till almost 2-3 in the morning playing on this server. When I am on at this time I don't see a lot of staff active or online so I feel like I could be in that position to help out with the issues that happen around this time, such as rdmers, media mic spammers, prop blockers etc. When I am online I always want to help out and try my best to help players learn how to build if they need or lending them a few hundred thousand that need a little head start. I always try my best to be a straight minded, hardworking and determined player and I feel like this effort on the staff team would be a great addon. I also feel like when the time I am on I will mostly be doing my Staff On Duty job, I have recently gotten to the point where I have enough money and have grinded enough to have spare time on the server. I have recently just spent my time as a Hobo or a DJ interacting with people and having a good time, aside from doing this I feel like I could be helping players out with their questions, concerns or issues. I have a lot off free time at the moment because I am currently stuck to being inside my house( not going too into depth ). So with this free time I have been spending my time on this server and it has honestly been a great experience. Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? The only server I have been banned on was Garnet Gaming. This happened when I was a newer player and felt like I honestly wouldn't enjoy this server. This happened about 3 months ago and since then I have realized I do really enjoy the community surrounding this server and how much fun it truly is. I have learned from my mistakes and moved past them and it hasn't happened since and wont happen again. Have you made any previous applications, If so when?: I have not. How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: As I said I am currently restricted to my house so at least a few hours a day. If I had to guess like 20-30+ hours a week.
