-1 This is mainly based on the fact you had the chance to be a staff member and you blew it. You got removed from the staff team for doing stupid things, the power went to your head and it caught up to you so I dont see any reason to give you another chance.

I just re-ran your paragraphs through ai checkers and It still detects Ai within your paragraphs, granted not all of your paragraphs are Ai generated but there are large portions that are. Therefore, Ima have to give a -1 if you can't put effort into a staff app then how do ik that you're gonna put any effort into actually being a staff member

-1 Clearly you haven't read the rules as well as you haven't played 2019 a whole 6 years a lot has changed and being a part of the staff team means knowing the community and the community knowing you and at this point no one does so I wouldn't think it would be fair to let you in the staff team when you haven't played in a long time.

I'll +1 this but to add I think more jobs should have the ability to gain xp for example a hitman successfully completing a hit should give you a small xp boost or a police officer successfully arresting a criminal giving a small xp boost (Obviously people would try to exploit it but if you dont make the xp too substantial then people wont be able too)

Just because you didn't mean anything behind it doesn't mean you just get unbanned. I have screenshots of dms you sent to Ethan after the ban which solidifies the ban for the initial doxxing threats you made in-game which I will be sending to the staff team who will be looking at this appeal. Threatening someone's life over a game is pathetic honestly, you're lucky I only gave you a 1-year ban over the situation.

Staff members do not have to leave people unpunished even if they compensate another player otherwise rich players would exploit it to get away with breaking rules without ever getting punished and I said that during the sit. It's up to the staff member if they are going to drop the sit after compensation or not and i decided not too.

You are required to have a minimum of 2 full paragraphs and all you have are some lack luster sentences, if you can't put in the time to create a proper staff application then what can we expect of you as a staff member? Will you also put zero effort into that? If you actually want to join staff, I'd highly recommend looking at previous staff applications and look at the quality of their paragraphs. Prove to me that you will put effort into being a staff member.
