First off I would like to say thank you for reading my staff application, although I don't have experience being a Garry's Mod staff member I do think I would still be a good one. Through my experiences as a minecraft staff member I have had to deal with people breaking rules. But I feel that minecraft and Garry's Mod might be a little different, I hope to strive to become the best staff member that I can be. In real life I am an Officer of my school's FFA chapter. As an officer I am expected to be a leader and as a leader I am expected to follow all of the same rules and enforce those without bias. A good leader is a good example to all of my peers. If I become a staff member all of my decisions will be based on evidence and reason within the servers guidelines. I hope to take these values into my possible staff experience.
Another thing I have to mention, as a staff member i would have to set an example although my past Warns may show me in a bad light I want to explain them a little bit, my first and second warn were during my first bits on the server, due to that fact I cannot remember what happened to cause them. My most recent warn was due to not knowing to /advert the raid command, it is my fault for not reading about that but the majority of my Playtime before that was a gun dealer so I never needed to know the command. Following that I completely understand if the Warns warrant you not wanting me to be staff.
