I have to agree with the other comments here. You didn't answer the yes or no questions and you only have 1 short paragraph. I have however seen you in-game quite a bit recently and I've never had an issue with your behavior. Until you fix the problems with your app I'm gonna be a Neutral The problems with your app still haven't been fixed. I looked back at your previous app which seems to have more effort put into it than this one. Also I haven't really been impressed by your behavior in-game recently either, for example being reported for RDM. The reporter did forgive you but it was still legitimate RDM. Description: More ways to earn XP and levels.Reasoning: Right now the only viable way to earn XP and level up especially to the higher levels is to printer farm. I'd like there to be more ways for the casual and role-play focused players to obtain levels and unlock more classes to play. I personally don't enjoy sitting in a base for hours staring at a wall of printers and would much rather be playing a different class, I'm sure there are plenty of players like me that would agree. I've thought of some ways that could earn players XP without having to print. These are just some ideas and I don't know if they have been suggested before. Increase the base XP earned by all miscellaneous/civilian classes. This one is simple just increase the passive XP earned by these classes by 2-3x. Have an XP or level up option in the /credits menu. I'm thinking 100 - 200 credits to earn 1 level or it could be a set XP amount. Give XP for lottery wins. I'm not sure how much this would be, maybe half the XP of the amount won. For example if they win 100K they would get the XP equivalent of taking 50k from a printer. Make levels purchasable on the donation store. Normally I don't really like p2w but you can already buy in-game money on the store so is it a stretch to add levels as well? Additional Information: Again these are just some ideas I thought up. If anyone got other suggestions post them below.

In you app you say: This is a little misleading because it might lead one to assume that all your bans occurred when you first joined the server however this is false, your most recent ban is only from 2 weeks ago. Like Orion said above, I don't know the circumstances leading up to the ban. Regardless, having a recent ban on record while applying for staff doesn't look good and I definitely would've preferred it if you were more upfront about it in your answer.
