+1 This map was and always will be a staple of Garnet Gaming MRP, so many memories, trainings, and tactics were made on this map. As much as I would love to play on this map again, I don't believe it will live up to the current standards/expectations to the newer player base. Although, if were using the "short" time in-between maps for CS_Desert to come back, I'm definitely game.

-1 I don't believe you have any bad intentions or could cause problems, although I haven't really talked to you. While you do meet the minimum playtime to make a staff application, I believe you should get to know and try to interact with some staff members (or people who are in regular contact with them). Some more minor things, there aren't two paragraphs, grammar seems like it could be from a 5th-grade dropout, and I feel like the majority of the topics listed falls into being a cliché. Other than that, I really think you have potential, you just have to make a name for yourself, be seen, and maybe make two proper paragraphs with readable grammar, then I believe you should get accepted with no problems. Generally when it comes to playing music no one really cares. The only real time it becomes a problem is when it's used to minge or harsh lyrics which violates other rules within the server. Spam You may not spam crowbars, buttons, chat, voice, nor any other such sound or effect that may prove to be an annoyance to fellow players. Hope this helped! Edit: The typical punishment for micspam is just a voice/chat mute for a short period of time.

Gonna elaborate on this a little bit. If we vote for Chaharikar and we get it, the new Taiga map won't feel new or unique even though it's probably gonna have a shit ton new things. The layout is pretty much the same, only the scenery and OBJs (unless Garnet adds other things lol) are different.

Appeal Accepted(ish) While I believe there was intent to throw a grenade in the spawn x2, it still wouldn't fall under malicious MRDM. Malicious: "having or showing a desire to cause harm to someone". This only counts as a non malicious mass because you were unaware of the rule or accidently threw the grenade in the spawn area. I don't believe you had intention to harm the server. Also, you mentioned AFK players, but three of the kills you got were players either respawning or hanging around that area, the other two were the AFK players. Not sure how you can say it is an accident. Lastly, "I'm going to get warned anyways" is a terrible excuse to make to continue what you are doing, it would also contradict what you said about not knowing you couldn't spawn trap. I will reduce this ban back down to non malicious intent, I will also talk to late about the situation. I can't post the direct evidence due to the possibility of our method being compromised, anyways, I will describe the situation. You killed one guy then flicked very oddly to your right, you then proceeded to go near shipment and go by the southern entrance. While there, you were looking north then instantly flicked behind you tracking an enemy going down a hill outside of render. I ran this by multiple high ranking staff members before being given the go ahead. I wish it wasn't to be, but it was ultimately your choice.

-1 I'm not gonna repeat what the others have mentioned because it is true. Although, I used to main the Taliban side, I have never seen you on before. I recommend getting to know other members of the community on both sides before making your staff app so you have better odds of being recognized. Other than that, your paragraphs and attitude is very formal, good amount of hours per day, previous staff experience, and so far sounding promising. Just up your playtime, get yourself known, keep a good rep and you'll most likely become part of the staff team.

Appeal Accepted(ish) What you did was invalid but was handled wrongly by the banning staff member. We agree that there should have been a sit due to the possibility of a misunderstanding of the ROE. While you can kill US as a tali basically whenever, you have killed 2 and damaged a third on a US claim. "AFG KOS any US outside of base and not in a claimed area/base." because the staff member didn't have proof of them telling you were on their claim, this will be brought down from a 2 week mass to a 2 day non malicious ban. @Fonza Please Lock And Move!

Appeal Accepted I respect the dedication of staying out of trouble and not getting banned in over a year. The appeal section of the forums isn't a place for apologies, but I noticed the LTAP ban followed with the accumulated ban. I don't believe the LTAP should be enough to warrant a permanent ban. What's wrong with that

I already replied, but this is in relation to the test that just happened. This was actually amazing, the best way I can describe it is an event without any GMs, planning, or staff involvement. Just pure player base interaction, I haven't seen this type of passive RP and interactions in YEARS. I really hope this gets added for the future of MRP. Forgot to mention, when we did this, not once did the pop dip bellow 75 the entire peace time, and it was 12AM. Literally insane.

-1 You have 4 hours on the server, the paragraph is "ok", but there is only one of them. You say 5 hours a day, but that is more than you have played less than that. big rip dude

+1 I remember being on another server with similar ROEs, was hella fun till it was shut down. Anyways, regarding the ROE rules, I would like propose the idea of using explosives outside of raids and similar activities to be against the rules due to it being overpowered for unsuspecting victims. This might sound extreme, but I believe it would benefit and give a fighting chance for newer players against older seasoned players. Other than that, I believe this could work very well. My only concern is getting proof during staff sits when others kill on claim, not sure how that can be easily achieved. Quick swapping would also be another issue which would be hard to prove without proper evidence. Edit: My proposition only relates to the ROE change, nothing about war. Just putting it out there incase some of you get it confused.

Appeal Denied I do understand trying to appeal the warn, but it is completely valid as you did violate the raiding rules. I do not believe @Gabeisthat is in the wrong for giving this punishment, if I were to be the admin in the sit, I would have given a verbal warning first offence, then a /warn on a second infraction (or ban, depends on the severity).
