Special thank you to @time for creating XP functionality for Objectives war, this change was commonly requested, but I always seemed to run into trouble with it.

We are still experiencing an issue integrating an XP boost for killing a player who is holding an objective from the opposite team, however, we cannot figure out how to grab a player's position on a player's death 😞 If anybody knows some lua, help is greatly appreciated!

 

 

Achievement System

A list of 30 achievements has been curated, accessible via the bind F9 (command not created yet, sorry mac users)

Completing achievements for the time being is purely bragging rights, however, this system will be tested and likely re-created in the future to work in conjunction with Medals (IE: medal of honor) and other aesthetic items, IE: ribbons/accessory guns for your playermodel/weapon skins) it purely depends on what happens to the community's population at this rate.

Upon completing a task, a notification will overlap your screen, allowing you to quickly utilize tab in order to close it

An announcement is sent out to all users regarding your achievement.

 

 

 

War System

Search and Destroy War

Re-implemented the war-mode into Omega for the remainder of its days until i'm done updating Delta

 

Objective War

Players now receive XP for capturing an objective

Players now receive XP for killing other players in defense of an objectives

Players receive a large XP bonus for capping an objective

Objectives can now cap at a maximum rate of 7% per tick (previously 5%)

 

Demolition War *NEW*

Much similar in functionality to Objective wars

3/5/7 objectives are unlocked across the map based on server population

Objectives cap at a maximum rate of 2% per tick

Larger XP buff for holding an objective

Once an objective is claimed, it is now belonging to the Nation which had claimed it first and CANNOT be unlocked/reclaimed

A point is given to a faction when an objective is claimed (similiarly to the TDM gamemode scoreboard)

Factions with the most objectives in its position wins the war.

 

 

 

Weapon Fixes

Courtesy of @Ozzy - thank you for reporting these errors to me!

MR96 will no longer flood users with errors upon customization

MR96 no longer has Ammo attachment types

Desert Eagle no longer has Ammo attachment types

OTS Pernach no longer has Ammo attachment types

M14 no longer has Ammo attachment types

M60 no longer has Ammo attachment types

MSBS no longer has Ammo attachment types

UTS-15 no longer has Ammo attachment types

PKM no longer has Ammo attachment types

 SR-338 no longer has Ammo attachment types

I'm not sure what you've tried so far for this, but you should be able to call the GetPos function on the victim and/or the attacker in your PlayerDeath function.
