Why should we choose you over other applicants?: [minimum 2 paragraphs] I feel like you should choose me for staff because I am mature for my age (ik alot of people my age say this but if you ask some people that have seen me then they can most likely vouch for me :D) I know the rules pretty well, I like to talk to people around the server and I help out people by giving away some money or by just giving some tips. Im finally back playing the server for a good while without getting bored :D. I know I have said some things before that kept me from being staff, but I took some time off from the game and stopped saying things like that.

I am nice to people around the server pretty much all of the time. If someone is asking about a rule I try to help them out, even if I dont know much about the rule, I can still atleast try a little bit to help out :D. I have pretty good friendships with a good amount of the players and try not to make many enemies. If someone is being a bit of a dick, I can keep my composure and still be nice even though they say some bad things. I also can just have a lot of fun and try my hardest to make peoples day better

Your experience staffing before helps with your younger-than required age for sure, but your paragraph is exceedingly lacking. You don't want to make it filler, which makes sense, but your last application had a great amount of reasoning that this one could benefit from.

I'm really holding out some kind of hope that this behaviour you've engaged in months ago is dead, but I'm not going to say for certain whether or not I believe it fully. Your application itself is not an issue, you meet our requirements, you've been staff before, and I know you've applied and been denied multiple times but that never did stop you from trying again. I only saw you online last night recently, and before I have any strong feelings about you, I want to see you in-game a little more. I do hope you can cut out these immature tendencies you've had.

The screenshot is too drama-heavy for me to overlook, although unacceptable, I'll look past it. What gives me a reason to provide you with a +1 is how determined you are to try to apply despite the setbacks and backlash you've faced. This week I have seen a drastic improvement in behavior since last I've seen you. You meet our requirements and I think you're worthy of at least being given another shot as staff. Good Luck!!

While yes, a legitimate reason to -1 is him saying the N-Word, but from what Buster said specifically is "focus on withholding from these behavior patterns if you would like to be accepted into the staff team in the coming weeks." While I can't say Computer has or hasn't said the N-Word or any racial slur after that screenshot (which if Computer has said a racial slur, he can be denied) as I don't share any discord servers with him that aren't Garnet affiliated. I am not arguing for him or against him, I am making known something that might've been forgotten from a lot of people.

Its a -1 from me. I do not have many experiences with you, but based on that screenshot and the fact that many people have had negative experiences, I believe you are not a good fit for staff. The majority of people who say "I am mature for my age" are not mature. If this were true, I believe your interactions with others would easily demonstrate it. I am not saying you are not mature, but that is a big ehhh in my opinion.
