As I'm already in CG I already enforce rules, and I would love to attempt to help out with any and everything I can. I love the server and would love to help keep minges and rule breakers off. I feel I would be a great addition to the ranks of staff because, I've already done admin work before and was quite good at it, I just haven't been able to do those things for a while since I didn't have a PC that could run Garry's mod.

 

In my opinion staff need's all the help it can get, especially now that you can't handcuff individuals out of stuck place's and most people don't do the @ to get a staff member, because most of the time we don't have many staff on and I'm on the majority of the time. I appreciate all member's of the server and would love to be considered apart of the staff's team.

    How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: I can commit as much time as possible I'm free almost everyday.
    If you have any, what hobbies or activities are you involved in outside of Garry's Mod?: Carpentry is an extreme hobby/activity of mine, I love the fact that I can build something and 20-25 years down the line I can go by and say to my son I built that.
Did you read the staff rules?: Yes sir.

I've been informed that there have been a few reports against you for verbal abuse, equipment abuse and arresting people without any warning. These are just reports against you so I'm not taking action but I would like you to explain these if possible.

As far as I know, I've never done this all my arrest's are logged with-in CG's arrest reports. And if I've arrested without warning its because the person I've arrested had reached their warning limit's according to the rule of If they've been arrested 3 times in 1 week they were no longer entitled to a warning from Daph's rule, but from my recollecting I've not done this yet, I may have and just don't remember but, I do not nor have ever arrested anyone without giving a warning first. My supposed equipment abuse was me and a 501st I'm friends with were basically "horse playing around" with a game of "Tag" I'd use my taser and he would just shoot me. Mind you this was when there was about 3-5 players on the server 2 of which were bots. And the other player being my XO. And after my XO said something I never did anything along the lines of that again. As for the verbal abuse I've never been contacted about the incident, so I personally have no idea what it could be from. Unless verbal abuse would be talking about me swearing, but that's just apart of my language when I'm talking with friends on the server. 

Thank you for taking time to look at my application and consider it, I hope my explanation cleared everything up for you, if not I can attempt to find out what specific time's the things you state happened and try and provide better explanation.

I do better talking/answering specific questions from people rather than formats. I understand completely though.

I'd say the most important basic qualities/skills for a mod to have is competence and communication. If just for your application, I probably would have been an opposer. I did, however, like your response to Jake's question (whether it's a good or bad thing that it was more convincing than your application is not clear). Due to limited personal interactions with Fil, I'll be waiting to hear some opinions from those who know him better for me to make my decision.

I will just put this out there most times our job as moderators does ensure that the rp environment isn’t messed with but we don’t get a ton of sits either way I do like the application so I am gonna +1 just keep in mind sits are very minimal

Although the claims against you can prove that you wouldn't be a responsible fit for the Moderation Team, my interactions with you have been pretty positive and I believe you could be a good fit for the moderation team. I will say +1 for right now, however if evidence of these allegations appear, then my answer will most likely change negatively.

I feel that this is, as Jake said, very concise. Honestly, I feel like I would want to see more from this application and seeing your response to Jake being longer than your actual application is not ideal. I am going to remain neutral for now until an actual opinion can sway my feelings about this.

I completely understand, as I said I just answer things better when its a direct question from someone compared to format questions.
