Past experiences as staff: I was Head Admin on SnS SuperNovaServers for B5_Minecraft_TTT (https://steamcommunity.com/groups/supernovaservers) and admin on a few other servers for SnS before they went bankrupt. I was  also a mod under Enigma for the TTT server back in 2020 in Garnet Gaming

Why should we choose you over other applicants?: As a former community manager and admin on multiple servers I have the experience to put aside feeling and properly take a sit and listen to both sides. I have the knowledge of the majority of mod commands used by large servers. I play within the late hours sometime were their are no mods on. I've been an active member in the Garnet Gaming Servers as well as the forum since 2020. Also I found a cheater that was lagging the server using some sort of mic spam, confirmed by BusterBigNut.

Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? If so Include details: Yes I was banned on this server for Mass RDM. Full story of why: I was running a roulette casino for over 6h, at some point of the night there were no mods on, many trolls started to prop block/rdm me & clients, I continued to try and stay within the rules to stop the trolls. When a VIP Mod joined, the trolls were able to say I mass RDM'ed and received a 2 week ban. The ban was for killing the Hobo Lord x3 times.

Have you made any previous applications, If so when?: Yes back in April 2020 and was accepted for moderator under Enigma for the TTT server

How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: I have the weekends and odd days off of the week.

If you have any, what hobbies or activities are you involved in outside of Garry's Mod?: For a living I drive 18 wheelers and love the motorcycle, car & truck scene. I also Enjoy paintball and airsoft. But most importantly I love running a roulette table on this DarkRP server!

Although you could have added a few more characteristics about yourself under the paragraph section, everything else looks good. I won't fault you for the MassRDM ban since I can understand how someone being a minge can cause you to become upset. It's best to place a request for staff assistance in the Discord moving forward. Seems you have solid experience as staff and don't have a bad rep so that's good. I'm going neutral simply because your paragraphs are lacking (3-5 Sentences for each paragraph 2 paragraphs minimum as stated in the format), I don't remember really ever seeing you in game and you said you  have been banned for Mass. Unfortunately, after deliberation with the DarkRP Administration Team, we have decided to deny your Staff Application. This decision was made in part due to the following reasons:

We appreciate you sending in an application for staff at this time. Ultimately I felt this decision was the right course of action at this time for a couple reasons. You do enjoy some support from our community base, but overall the response here has been either lukewarm or hesitant judging by the amount of neutral votes. You also have a ban dating back only about a month from when you applied, and this particular offence is a bit hard to look past. And while you meet our requirements for many things, it's also apparent that your lack of activity has been of concern to some, as I myself have only seen you very seldomly the past couple months. Don't feel discouraged, if you get some more activity and try to make a bigger name for yourself, I'm sure that you will have a good next time applying. Good luck next time!
