Buying Experience/Ranks

Description: Players should be able to buy experience for ranks.

Reasoning: You can buy points from an NPC and even work out how to get VIP with an NPC.

Players being able to buy EXP chunks and levels would be a great "end game" money sink for already experienced players. Or even new ones who want access to new jobs sooner rather than later. This, ofcourse, would come at a heavy cost- that of which can be discussed and balanced out.
Other than buying crates or gambling it away at a hobo stand, more options for players to spend their money isn't a bad thing either.

Additional Information
The same way an artifact that spawns on the map gives EXP - I thought, why can't an NPC just grant that same experience as something purchasable?
Possibly different tiers of purchases based on the player's needs. A newer player could spend 50 grand on half an experience bar.
Or a more advanced player closer to prestige could be paying 1 million for the same benefit.
It will require more planning out - I just found it odd that there wasn't a Coach like NPC to "train" people's levels at the cost of being a money pit.

Being able to buy lvls has always been an idea I’ve found questionable and my answer is always a no. Buying xp ruins the whole grind factor to gain levels imo. This feature does not benefit the server in anyway.

Levels / exp on this server is a form of status and commitment to the ‘’grind’’, but to be fair there’s no reason to prestige past a certain level because it doesn’t bring anything new only a 10m hole in your pockets. Regardless of that, paying for exp is stupid.

Sorry, I really just don't like the idea of paying for levels. I can get for example after prestiging that regaining your levels for certain jobs really sucks, but even in this scenario it's not enough to convince me to let people just spend money for something like that. You'll get enough XP by doing stuff like printers, drugs or even certain jobs like Deliveryman or Hitman.

TL;DR: Vortex said everything I'll say with less words

Anyone can buy money or strike big at the casino, but you actually gotta work for levels in some way. Prestiging already costs quite a bit of money as well, at 10 million per (if that hasn't changed)

End game for many who have more money than they need is maximizing XP gain. If you've got the money to buy levels, you shouldn't need them anyways unless you're trying to fast-track to the prestige classes without having to spend the time playing the server, which is the main benefit to the server for prestiging/leveling: it shows how much time you've dedicated to the server, and is a mathematical representation of your dedication to the server. Garnet gains nothing from a cash sink really, and the plethora of gambling fills that role (casino, unboxing), so the best thing an owner could want is getting dedicated players spending time on the server and truly gaining "experience" playing.

As this almost seems like a good idea it isn't.

My reasoning behind it is mainly that high levels/prestige shows how much someone has grinded or been around leveling on the server. Someone could join with 5 minutes playtime and be prestige like 10 really quick and seem like they been around forever.  It just ruins the grind aspect of the server.  I agree basically what they are saying.
