Past experiences as staff: yes I started at junior moderator and eventually made my way to senior admin on crystalclearRP for over a year until it sadly shut down.

Why should we choose you over other applicants?:

Personally, I think you should choose me because I’ve had good past experience. I was a respected Senior admin on my past server and I believe I did and can do my absolute best to help make garnet darkRP a great server to play on. I took Not only that, I just love being apart of staff and helping to keep things moving. I’m also a respectful person and I’m easy to get along with. I don’t jump to conclusions, I would take my time in sits and hear both sides of the story, I would be thorough when checking logs.
 

I would also do my best to help anyone that has questions about the rules or the server or someone that is new to the server and may need some help. I also want to add on my past server I took lots of sits. I did the best I could to keep the server a fun place to RP and have a good time. I took every sit seriously and I always did a thorough and fair review of the situation and made a decision based on that.

Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? If so, Include details: yes on garnet. I was jailed for killing someone who shot someone else and I didn’t know that wasn’t allowed.

Have you made any previous applications, If so when?: yes I made one previous one, not sure when exactly it was, but I just didn’t have enough hours on the server.

How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: atleast 4-5+ hours on weekdays and weekends around 7-8+ hours maybe even more if I’m not busy.

If you have any, what hobbies or activities are you involved in outside of Garry's Mod?: I don’t have any hobbies really, I go to parties sometimes that’s pretty much it

+Rules / staff rules: Over the past week I've seen you on you've put a few reports regarding rules being broke. You also agreed you've read the staff Rules.
+ Overall Interactions: I've had multiple interaction's with you  within "RP" or in sit you've shown nothing but respect, kindness and apparitions towards your fell members within the community.

+/- Warns/bans: You have no active warn's but you do have 4 prior warnings. As they are no longer active I wont it hold it against you but at some point you did break the rules over 4 times causing you get 4 warnings.
+/- Playtime: I've only seen you the past few weeks and it's only been a few hours at a time. Just make sure you have time to staff and deal with real world.
-1 No Effort : You put almost no effort within your applications. You didn't put your Steam ID (https://www.steamidfinder.com/). You also didn't put your 2 paragraphs within your application

My only interactions with you have left me concerned with how well you understand the rules which is partially confirmed by the 4 warns, I have seen you around a few times though which is a plus. As others have stated there's a distinct lack of effort in your application, so I'm gonna give you a -1, if you keep showing your face on the server and improve the quality of your application/s then I'd reconsider.

 

You've improved the paragraphs plus I've seen you tryna be helpful towards other players in-game, so its improved to neutral, you're on the right track.

You should also update the steam ID.

 

You've taken my criticism well and improved your application, so that's a pretty big + in my opinion, I'm gonna give you a 1+. I believe you deserve a chance to at least get interviewed, best of luck.

I've only seen your name a handful of times, not enough for me to have a solid argument for you, but your application seems very rushed and it doesn't show that you truly want to be a part of Garnet's staff team. I wish you the best of luck and hope to see your name again in the future!

overall I'm going to have to give a -1 due to a couple reasons 1 your first paragraph is a little less than a paragraph sentence wise and your 2nd one is a couple sentences 2 you're applying directly after getting minimum requirement for becoming a staff member which I don't really mind it however you did say " I was jailed for killing someone who shot someone else and I didn’t know that wasn’t allowed." meaning you don't that well of a grip on the rules so overall it's going to be a -1 from me until these things are improved

I feel like people are being a little harsh on you. 
 

When originally told to fix your paragraphs and add more detail, you did just that which I think shows that you’re pretty serious and you seem dedicated/the effort that you put in. In my eyes,  editing your application to what people want to see is more than enough, even if your paragraphs are not the best.

 

It doesn’t seem like you have any issues in when it comes to behavior. You’ve been touted as someone that seems mature and respectful. It seems like throughout your time and sit you manage to keep a cool head, which is important. 
 

You meet all the requirements set by higher/ownership. I don’t see any reason why to make it a neutral/or negative. You have the hours / you’re above the age limit / your application is correct with everything. 
 

I don’t see any reason why you shouldn’t be put through the interview phrase. It would be a chance for the actual people who know what would make a good staff member to evaluate you and see if you would fit.

I don't think I've really interacted with you in-game so I can't really judge you there.

However, I do see that you took the time to revise your application several times and improve upon it. This to me shows dedication and that you're willing to take criticism and improve.

 

Your paragraphs are still a little lackluster in my opinion but they do meet the requirements.

I have no real interactions with you in-game that I can remember, also the paragraphs are pretty lacking and your playtime is just barely above the minimum.
