Banned for rping 4 days/Wants to make it Perma? power hungry TRIAL mods

Basically was rping as a casino owner, had a lil 1x1 booth up with the betting odds, people were in and out, winning/losing (PUGGY being the customer that won/bet the most). (Mind you I had 10 million as my balance, that took me 4 days to get unlike alt farming printers like the rest that had over 70 million lol)

Soja comes in, asks what the max bet is. I respond 2 million. he then /gives 2000000 in chat, and loses. In that time, I had a lot of customers doing 100k bets.
Pluh then comes, does /give 7000000. I announce "Pluh betting 7 million?" as soon as he gives the money, he then "/rolls" in chat within seconds (logs are also seen with hours:minutes:seconds. logs are seen Pluh "/give 7000000" and literally 2 seconds later "/roll" no Time to even announce that the max bet is 2 million. But I understood his fustration of the max bet not being showed on the 3D Text Sign even though there was no time to tell him before his adrenaline rush of typing /roll and winning 4x his money, So not only did I GIVE HIS 7000000 million Back(I didn't even have more than 10 million hence why the max bet was 2 million, he wanted 28 million), I GAVE him the initial 2000000 million what would of been the max bet + 8000000 million winning bonus(+10million to his balance). Then got banned for 4 Days without much response, just "Appeal on forum" from the Trial Moderator (which I understand was also in that adrenaline rush because they were in the same party), so here I am tryna speak with admins higher than Trial/fresh mods, didn't want to make it a "thing" but yeah, don't think a 4 day ban is justified is all. Just tryna actually Rp with other people for fun on the server instead of 60% of players just rdming/raiding low level players every minute making them not wanna join back, getting away from all the ALT account print farming epidemic (those are the people you should be watching, ruining the server, not people that try to RP with others without raiding, spending money in the server (never had No warnings, and only 1 verbal from mo1st) and by 1 mistake that was done whats possible on my end to be fixed, wanting to perma ban me like I mass rdmd/propblocked the entirety of the server lol, It just shows how power hungry these trial mods are, there should be an age requirement to be mod, literally joined 3 days ago...)

I processed a ban on behalf of Shleemy, as he was the mod who took the sit. 

 

I did also offer my opinion, and based off a video I was provided, which showed no posted max bet, and did not show you stating a max bet, I recommended a ban for NITRP, in line with previous advice I received for situations involving scamming. With no posted max bet, and being unable to pay the amount won, it was my opinion that you had scammed Pluh. 

 

Please refer to Shleemy for the reasoning behind the ban, I simply processed it as he cannot ban as a VMod.

Thanks, so basically you had nothing to do with the situation, you just processed the ban on Shelmy's behalf since he didn't have the perms to do so.

Nope. nothing specifically at all. as mentioned before, will there be talk about the RolePlay situation? Moderator Jesus basically said he had nothing to do with it, excusing himself from the whole situation, so it was in hands of a Mod that didn't have the perms yet to be able to ban, so it was made on his behalf.

The issue I'm referring to is that this is your account, and it joined the server while you were banned, thus implicating you in breaking our rules against ban evasion. 

As for the NITRP, we have mr. @Chawhead investigating this atm.

Thanks, this new issue you investigated, is it open in another thread where I can see more into detail? I can respond there if needed. what was the playtime from that day on? I doubt it was anything over hours, probably minutes If it were the case? Anyway, yeah I'll respond/wait for @chawhead No hurries(the bans time is almost up, but it's not about that). Wasn't so much as the mods fault, more of the player "Pluh" that influenced/begged/persuaded his friend Sheemy to do the ban (nothing against sheemy since I'm pretty sure he isn't one of those child mods, It would be good to implement that mods who are friends with the "victim" shouldn't take the case) even though I did what was possible on my end to fix the situation (literally had 10 million by legitmately roleplaying, then comes a kid that had like 50million that follows xFish's every move), but because of some sort of Bias against me, they further tried to search for anything possible to turn it into a permanent ban lmao against someone that joined the server 3 days ago... (these small things that add up might be the reason there was talk about no new players coming in, focused banning the wrong type of roleplayers, never had a warning ever before and only 1 verbal from Mo1st).

With the evidence posted above by @Merk your ban will be updated to a permanent ban since you joined the server on another account while still being banned.

you should know that when gambling, you are supposed to put the min and or max in the sign so you can avoid stuff like this. As far as the things you said about

the trail staff members being power hungry, it is all he said, she said, without video evidence. 

I'm sorry it had to end this way, but you should never have joined the server while already being banned on your main account.

After taking a moment to chat with you myself, I feel as though your ban might have been made in haste, and some details of your situation may have been glazed over by the staff ingame...this is an issue that could have easily been resolved via simple communication, and honestly, it should not have come to the resolve that it did.

Your ban will be lifted and you may return to the server, just please be cautious in your dealings and avoid future incidents.
