What happened? (include any proof): 

I submitted a report on "PK xFish" for building a base while I owned an exterior door. THK ItsJesus removes my doors, returns me, and then gives me a warning for FailRP.

 

PK xFish disconnected from the server. I went inside the base to investigate what was inside, I found that the exterior doors were not owned by PK xFish, I bought the door while another player Soja bought the other door. At that point PK xFish was not in the party with soja nor did he own / co-own the doors. PK xFish placed his base down while I was still on the sidewalk and gave me a "30 second warning" to get out. Subsequently after the 30 seconds PK xFish did in fact RDM me. PK xFish did receive a 5-minute jail based on the RDM. 

 

Shleemy stated he could not do the sit based on him loosely living in the base and dropped the report. THK ItsJesus takes the report, talks with PK xFish to discover where the door is. THK ItsJesus then brings me to the door and tells me to sell the door. When asking for the reasoning he stated that player Soja bought the door beforehand. But at the time PK xFish was not in the party nor did he own / co-own the doors. THK ItsJesus removes my doors, returns me to my location and then 30 seconds later issues me a warning based on FailRP. 

 

When asked for the reasoning for FailRP THK ItsJesus states " It is failRP to attempt to steal someone's base"

I took a report from Xfish for "question for Jesus" and was informed that Xfish had crashed, and while he was reconnecting, a player had attempted to purchase his base. I returned Xfish and teleported to him, found the door in question, and brought you to the sit. I asked you if you could sell the door, you provided a video clip, which I watched, that showed soja purchasing half the door before you, and you purchasing the other half.

 

While it is correct that Soja was not in a party, the baseowner had crashed, and he was the player who bought the door. At the time, Soja had props and printers inside the base, you did not, and the decision was made that Soja was the rightful owner of the base, due to him owning the doors longer than you, and having printers/props inside. You refused to sell the door, therefore your door ownership was removed, and you were warned for FailRP as you had no claim to the base. 

 

I cannot comment on the RDM, as I did not handle that portion of the sit.

It's not directly stated in the rules, but it is clear in the video you provided that you didn't own the base

Technically from the video you got the door after soja and they were all in there already with a bunch of printers and their base repasted

He got disconnected and lost ownership of everything and all his props and rejoined, so of course he goes back to his base. 

The amount of printers they have stockpiled in there shows that they have been there for awhile.

Mistakes happen with door purchasing sometimes especially when someone disconnects and reconnects and gets caught right in the middle of resettling in. 

The staff member decided to give you a warn for failRP for not cooperating. 

The punishment degree is always up to the staff member of course with a respectable ceiling depending on the matter.
