Rules as written in the DarkRP server rules forum say that you may not kill the players outside of a building during a raid. ItsJesus did just that in the following clip. I did call a sit for him, but he explained to me that doing this was technically allowed even though it wasn't in the rules. He said management opted to NOT include it in the rules as to not make them longer. So I'm opting to make this report as to get a clear and referenceable answer to this issue.

When I adverted raid, you were in direct proximity to the base, and since you were acting as a security guard for the base, you were killed. Additionally, you broke NLR and returned to the base while I continued to raid, which was omitted from the recording.

I think it is pedantic to say that I returned to the base and broke NLR as:
 

1. It is the most common practice to go back and wait for the raid to be over (also consider that I full-heartedly believe(d) I shouldn't have been killed). 

2. I was never inside the base or interfering with the raid. 

3. There is about 10 meters between where I stood and spawn.

4. No NLR zone due to proximity to spawn.

Regardless, that is not the issue here. The issue is that though you claim you had the right to kill me, nowhere in the rules does it state you can in that situation.

What it does say is,
 

You may not kill nearby players unless they're inside the building in which you're raiding.

 

 

 

Management, if what Jesus represents as your stance in the matter is true I respectfully request you do make the rules that one sentence longer to help clarify with the players and minimize the frustrating nature of these unspoken rules.

After speaking with the higher ups we have come to this conclusion

You were standing right outside of the base on the sidewalk as a security guard guarding the base.

He killed you because he was raiding a base you're a part of and were literally outside of the doorway.

Its not directly in the rules no. But you being a part of the base and directly in front of it is the reason he killed you. 

 

Thank you for attempting an appeal, as well as the effort you have put into your appeal.
