You should choose me over other applicants because I am very mature and will respect higherups, staff, and everyone else. I also have no job and i play the game every day. Other members are either inactive or not following rules, I however follow rules all the time. I am Unbiased and will not choose friends over foes.

I've been playing Garnet for over 2 years and enjoyed every second of it. I have past moderation/staff experience with FiveM and Minecraft. I am always very honest and truthful no matter who or what i am doing. I am homeschooled and will spend most my time on garnet gaming during the day as there is nothing better to do. I am willing to devote my time to this server because i love it so much it honestly brings joy to whatever my situation is. 

I will have to take some hours off on the weekend about 3-4 hours due to what sport i play. Other than that i will be playing Garnet. During my time on garnet I have gotten a true grasp and understanding of the rules thats why i think ill be aa great fit for the garnet gaming Staff team. I will be completely fine with being turned down due to my pros and cons.

I've interacted with this player a good amount, she has 346 hours but I tried to raid him last night and her base was a failbase, doors were to close together to get through, last night she joking talked about doxing someone. I do not recommend this person for staff.

I personally don't think anyone below the age of 17/18 has enough life experience or maturity to handle being a staff member, people will constantly try to bring you down for being a staff member and if you aren't mentally prepared to ignore them and be professional you aren't going to last and from the last couple of interactions i've had with you I've seen that lack of maturity just to give you an example: The messages you were sending yesterday in ooc in regards to Sophia was beyond out of line you shouldn't speak to anyone in such a manner regardless if you're joking or not and I fear if you were to become a staff member you would continue to make these comments until you were punished. I think you need to take some time to mature a bit and realize that just because it's a game doesn't mean you have a free pass to be toxic.

Right off the bat I will say I thank you for taking your time to apply. Overall your app does meet our basic requirements of paragraphs, hours played and whatnot, and I recognise that you have been given a pass on the age requirement so fair play to that.

 

However I have to take umbrage at some things I have seen regarding you lately. Without being super harsh, the line of "I however follow rules all the time" does fall a bit flat when you disclose you have an active warn on your account. Also I am going to echo Aussie's sentiment regarding your behaviour yesterday. I was there seeing you typing some rather crude messages towards Sophia which I think joking or not, are definitely NOT something I want to see from a potential applicant. We staff aren't perfect by any means, but I really don't want that to be anywhere near the team.

 

I'm not particularly sold on your maturity at the moment based on some conduct I've seen the past few days, and to top it off Shleemy did remind me that you did indeed make a joke about doxing. I know you had no serious intentions with that, but doxing is a serious thing and I would really prefer that you would not make light of something like that.

 

Overall I don't think your application is terrible, but at this moment my confidence in your abilities to be staff is not high. I do wish you good luck regardless on your app.

From what I have seen from you, you are not staff material. From the recent doxing situation, to the RDM history, to the bans (2 since February) and your overall demeanor, I think that you have a lot of work to do in order to reach a point where you would be a functioning staff member. I understand that you want to help, and I don't fault you for applying, but the recent history and past history paints a picture of your character, and that picture is not good. 

 

I would recommend you increase your knowledge of the server rules, and try to go 1 to 2 months without getting warned. No one is perfect, but if you aim high, you will always be working towards that target and will get warned/jailed less and less. Start there, make some friends, and at the end of the day, have fun.

I've also heard and seen evidence of you being disrespectful to people in-game.
As of right now, I don't believe you would be a good fit for the staff team.
