ban reason: prop blocking spawn

 

 

me and my boy SG ugglahhhoe was just chilling and thought as a joke we would prop block spawn seeing as server pop is low so not many people would be annoyed and most would find funny and we did not actually prop block it we have left 2 gaps to leave through and we was planning on deleting this when someone asked are props was there for maybe 30 seconds tops. We know the rules and see how this is against them we knew this is wrong and that's why we left gaps so people could leave then we was approached by itsjesus who grabbed me and froze me and asked  me to remove my props within the next 10 seconds I removed my props and then I was still froze while he asked ugglahhhoe to remove his after we had both removed our props Jesus did not say anything to us and banned us both for 2 weeks I'm not asking him be punished but would like are ban removed or reduced I don't feel this ban was right and we was not told what are ban would be by him as he banned us with hardly and speech to us only reason I am making this appeal is because I think of myself as apart of the garnet community and when I see other players do this and break other rules they get reconnected or warned or if they remove there props there is no harm unless repeated.

You were banned in accordance with the posted D3A guidelines for Propblocking spawn. Attached is proof of you propblocking spawn. The reason for the 2 weeks is normal propblock only affects 3-5 people at any given time, but propblocking spawn affects many more people.

After discussing this with the Executive Team we regretfully inform you that your request for an appeal of you ban has been denied at this time.
 

We have decided that your ban will remain in place. You broke the rules and admitted you knew what you were doing was wrong.
Per our D3A handbook, a ban for propblocking spawn is for 2 weeks. While yes, most newer players do get a propban or reconnect, you are
not a new player and knew full well what you were doing. Actions have consequences, and a 2-week ban is that consequence.
It is the final say of the staff member as to what punishment a player gets for breaking the rules, and ItsJesus decided to give you a 2-week ban.
I suggest that you think over your actions next time before doing anything in the future.
