Past experiences as staff: I've been on the garnet staff team 3 times, count them 3 times. I know I'm so cool. I have also been admin on some minecraft servers back in the day 

 

Why should we choose you over other applicants?: alright deep breath. Hola im tadtad most know me as tad so a collection of reasons I should be on the team. I can give you multiple reasons but I'll give you 1 really big reason but the biggest reason is staff experience and general server experience supported by the fact I've been around longer than ⅔ managers. But time on is irrelevant. What I'm pointing to is the fact I've been around a while. Now what this points to commitment, no that's a joke it's the fact i've had time to acquaint myself with the server, I know the in and outs of the rules i've been in and done more sits then I can count on all my fingers and toes and i've seen and made a lot of mistakes and been yelled at for a lot more. I know all the dumb little tricks that people may not know of.

 

Alright cool we're halfway there do people actually get this far idk. So circling back to my time on the server. I've been playing since sometime summer of 2023 and for good reason I've been on and off the team and the server BUT I'm here to stay for the foreseeable future. On a side note I'm cancer free now soooo chill about leaving for long amounts of time. But I've made friends with admins and players alike after every break. Even when coming back ive managed to not let the fact I've been gone affect friendships and doesn't close me off from new ones. In my not very humble opinion a staff member should be able to talk to people, avoid enemies and talk to people. You gotta have some social skills if you wanna know how to talk to people. Lemme tell you that is my specialty talking to people and connecting along with making friendships.

 

To make my English teacher proud I'm going to do a 3rd closing paragraph. So as we push to the end of this staff ap I want to say, while I've been in my bubble the world of garnet kept on spinning and I missed a lot but I would like to reclaim my place on the staff team because if I hadn't found garnet I would have missed out on a lot of friendships and probably wouldn't have as many hours on gmod as a whole. I love you all and this server and in the words of merk garnet gaming “and remember if I don't see you good morning good evening and goodnight.” thank you for your time.

 

Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? If so, Include details: alright slightly embarrassing 3 bans on record  1 perma ban for “advertising porn” i can guess since i'm making this app yall can guess it was appealed but I will admit I had the perma. With the other 2 they were early in my garnet playtime and they are for NITRP and MNLR so not perfect but all that happened 2023 at the latest

So, as many other staff members here know, it is very difficult to get my referral due to who I am and what I want to see in a staff member. Tadtad has been with the server ever since before I even joined, and he was even staff at that time as well. He has been in and out of the team due to IRL situations, and we all know that IRL comes first. I wouldn't have given Tadtad my referral if I didn't trust him to be on the team. He is a chill individual, and every time he comes back, he always wants to help by being on the staff team. I see no issue with why he shouldn't join. With his ban history, he only has 3 on record, and all three of them are from 2 years ago. And usually, a lot of people change their attitude and behavior over time, and Tadtad certainly has. Whenever he does join and come back to the team, he is very dedicated, and there are usually no issues with him, and he makes an excellent staff member. As I said before, I very, very rarely ever give my referral, but he said he was going to apply and asked me about it, and I said he could have it due to who he is and how he acts on the server; he is a very well-behaved individual. Tadtad, I wish you the best of luck in getting accepted.

+1 You have been here mutliple times and I have never seen a real issue with you, Although I do have one issue, youve been staff 3 times. I hope your stay is longer this time; Reading above just now I see you have left for personal reasons IRL. Understandable but personally I would love to see you get a LOA if something occurs again. I've always had issues with people coming and going as they please but this being said is a PERSONAL view and not the view of the staff team. I still welcome you back and wish the best for your application.

I have no issues with you being staff again since you’ve proven to be a good staff member in the past. But please for the love of god this time try to make it past like S. Mod this time before something catastrophic happens again. Don’t let me down this time. Good Luck!!!
