Why should we choose you over other applicants?: [minimum 2 paragraphs] 

   I believe I should be chosen for staff for three reasons,  First my experience in the Food Service Industry. I was hired when I was 16 as a busboy and I still work at the same restaurant today. I enjoy myself in being a leader and role model for my younger coworkers. I manage three bars at this restaurant every Saturday night and find myself the last one out of the building as I ensure every drawer is counted accurately and everyone is paid from the food runners to the buss boys. This top down view of restaurants has given be insight into dealing with customers from any side of the spectrum and how to best de-escalate any issues that arise. This attitude ingrained in me has helped me foster good relationships with many of the admins on Garnet throughout my 233 hours .

   

    Secondly I plan and manage financial aid for my parents beauty school. This job has helped me detach from emotional responses and stick to a playbook where each step is followed correctly and the plan is followed regardless of emotional attachment to the student. Having to be unbiased regarding students futures is a skill I believe sets me apart from other applicants.

 

Third I believe my love for Garry's mod building is my biggest advantage over other applicants. Every since I spawned into Garnet I was helped and now I have taken it upon myself to help new players build better bases and learn the mechanics behind building. There is nothing I enjoy more than logging on to Garnet only to sit under a building sign and chat with the amazing base builders and/or admins who have unique designs.

    Hopefully these three reasons show why I would be a great addition to the staff team. How I could help new players and be another friendly face to talk to. Thank you.

If you have any, what hobbies or activities are you involved in outside of Garry's Mod?: Outside of Garry's mod I work at a Beauty school sourcing financial aid for students to enable them to take classes and work towards licenses in several different fields such as Barber, Cosmo, Massage, and Ethician. I work at a bar on Saturdays with a great group of people. I love board sports growing up in Florida and own several Foil-boards, wakeboards, Longboards. I spend time with my dogs, two black labs and a husky.

Only thing I would be careful of is 0400 is quite late (or early even), be sure to not bite off more then you can chew especially when you have other obligations.
