    Past experiences as staff: I have an extensive amount of GM experience but I won't highlight that as its not relevant to the application.  I have been a GM on garnet before, but I do not wish to become a GM again as lately I have a much higher interest in becoming a moderator. I have been a lead administrator on Project Haze, where I developed documents for the admin team, and handled all training and management of the admin team. I have been both a an admin and community manager on Republic Gaming. As admin, I did the day to day duties of handling bans, warns, OOC moderation, and other standard mod duties. As community manager, I managed the community as a whole, handling HR and community outreach. I advised the rest of the management team on the communities views and wishes, and helped to maintain a steady bridge between the two. My other main duty consisted of handling all suggestions made in the suggestions channel. Overall, I have a lot of experience in moderation and community relations. 

    Why should we choose you over other applicants?:
      The way I see it, there are 2 main reasons I should be chosen over other applicants. First, my experience; my experience kind of speaks for itself, but I have both been a part of and led not only admin teams, but many other different teams and even servers as a whole. This has taught me how to lead and be a strong member of teams. I have also developed great communications skills through my years of playing gmod. In addition, I am very skilled in handling community relations, and ensuring player feel like they have a voice and a fair say. I will always seek to ensure players are held to a fair and consistent standard, and advocate for others when they are done wrong. 
      In addition to this, I have a lot of accountably. Certainly, there are times I make mistakes, some big some small. I am also not always correct on things that I say or do. I am fully open and honest about that, I am willing to fix my mistakes, and admit when I am wrong. I am also just as willing to defend my points, while listening to others views and opinions. I tend to be a rather reasonable person, but like all, I have moments where my emotions get the best of me. I feel as if my ability to admit this, is a rare one among many who seek to enter positions that can affect others. I am always willing to work to better myself, and admit when I am incorrect or wrong. I value holding myself and others accountable, and I am a very honest and straightforward person when it comes to matters of moderation especially. 
    Have you ever been banned or punished on any server?: Never
    Have you made any previous applications, If so when?: Not for moderator, once for GM, which got accepted. 
    How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: Several days a week, at least 2-3 hours each day that I'm on. Always available on discord. 
    If you have any, what hobbies or activities are you involved in outside of Garry's Mod?: I work, which soaks up my time in the mornings and early afternoon, but other than that I have no major hobbies or activies, gmod is my main hobby/activity in my free time.
