I want to add perks to my existing CC I purchased.

I just want to add more items such as a medkit and deployable keypad cracker or anything of my choice, and have the ability to add another player model to my existing CC. I just want my CC to be almost completely different without the fee of making another CC. Could I change the job title again or is that locked to making a new CC? Summing this all up I want a new Job title and color, some weapons and items, and lastly a new player model.
