I think I’d be a good fit for the staff team because I’ve been part of this community for a while and I understand how things are supposed to run. I had to take a short break because of some family stuff that I couldn’t control, but I’m back now and ready to be active again. I’ve always tried to help keep the game respectful and fun for everyone. Even though I’m 15, I’m more mature than most people expect. I don’t start drama, I’m very active within the game, and I try to help out whenever someone needs support. Watching how the current staff handles situations has taught me a lot.

 

I’m also someone you can count on. If I say I’ll do something, I get it done. I try to communicate clearly and respectfully, and I don’t act like I’m better than anyone. I don’t just want to play the game, I want to be part of the team that helps improve it and keep things running right. I’ve seen how good staff members set the tone, solve problems, and support the community, and I want to do the same. I’ll be active, reliable, and ready to take care of whatever needs attention. I’m not asking for special treatment, I just really want the chance to show that I can be a dedicated staff member.

Look, there are multiple things wrong here, starting with your paragraphs. I put these into an AI checker and it came up with a 100% AI Generated result. Next, your experience, while helping mod discord and Roblox is AN experience it doesn’t correlate to Garry’s Mod. I knew you from when you played awhile back. You were sort of a minge from my remembrance, did not seem to follow the rules very well back then. Yes, people can change. But I haven't not seen that change in you YET. I suggest if you want to be staff, stay out of trouble, type the paragraphs yourself, read ALL of the staff rules, and wait until your the age correct age to apply (yes you are very close I understand). To me it seems like you put in the bare minimum for most of the requirements. Personally I haven't seen you around and that definitely shows in your playtime, you meet the requirement but personally I'd like to see you get the numbers up a little more. Like Aqua said even if your birthday is in 5 days you should've waited so that everything checks out and for the love of god please DO NOT use AI generated paragraphs its so easy to tell when its not your personal touch.
