Past experience as a Game Master: [Optional] N/A
Why should we choose you over other applicants?: [minimum 2 paragraphs] I believe I can bring a great work ethic and discipline to the GM team while upholding the virtues and morals of the GM team and not causing any harm in any manner to the GM teams name. As a project manager irl I place a great deal of importance on sticking to schedules and appointed times while maintaining as high of an efficiency level as possible to stick to those schedules. In regards to why specifically I should be chosen over other applicants I would say that I can bring a valuable level of teamwork to any event or activity I either host or assist with to make the process as efficient and enjoyable for both players participating in the activity and the gm’s/ec’s. I am also proficient in giving taskings to make sure no part of whatever process is currently happening is running smoothly or as smoothly as possible given the tasking. My main goal for being a GM at the end of the day is not for any personal purpose, as I would've joined sooner if it was, but is instead to ensure the player base gets to enjoy their personal time they are investing into the server.
Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? If so, Include details: No
How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: As much as needed after 6 eastern so long as work doesn't go keep me late (which doesn't happen often)

In your own words, what are the responsibilities of a Gamemaster?: The responsibility of a Gamemaster is to facilitate fun for the server and act as a tool for batts to better themselves via training, missions, or other activities.

Describe how you would contribute to RP as a part of the Gamemaster team: I would contribute to RP by attempting to maximize fun during anything I am the GM for and minimizing the downtime/standing around during anything I GM for. To that end I would be open to anyone coming to me and offering ideas they would like to see playout or even niche lore to be included in events (I would have to read up on it if I am unsure of what exactly is being asked for). To me RP in events should be molded around the people that took the time out of their day to make it to and NOT to what the GM has set in stone ie: having negotiation with no 104th on or bombs with no DU/EOD on.

Explain your single most creative idea for contributing to the RP environment of the server: I would like to do an event based around a whole town being taken captive  and slowly but surely getting the captives out one by one while playing to the current online playerbases skills like enabling them to use explosives, negotiation, the force, etc. While trying to extract the captives to safety  there would be hit squads randomly sent out to either take the captive back or take one of the clones back in its place as a new captive to either sell or interrogate for any information regarding any other captive freeing plans. If the interrogation is successful (with either correct or incorrect info) I would then start placing “roadblocks” based on the information gathered.  It would be an event planned around changes to be made based off the choices made by the player base and giving the players the freedom to choose their own RP route instead of being forced down a singular path of the GM’s choosing.

Please list and explain 5 unique event ideas of any scale: [Aim to write at least 1 paragraph (~4 sentences) per event idea, anything less is most likely not detailed enough. Be sure to include any additional context that may be necessary to your explanation.]

  1. Off-World: The 34th battlegroup would be dispatched to an Icy planet where their goal will be to find an artifact (or any impromptu important item). All RP will be affected by the icy environment ie: while using your datapad you will need to defrost it or suffer a harder dice. While on planet the 34th battlegroup will face both cis (who have claimed the item and are trying to exfil) and planetary wildlife attacking due to the battlegroup trespassing on its territory. During the event avalanches or other environmentally affected conditions may affect tanks or personnel in general (tanks being frozen and such) All equipment would be allowed and any method of completion would be accepted.

  2. Off-world: The 34th battlegroup would be sent to find a tusken raider child as high command has received intel of the CIS making moves to capture the child for some unknown item in the child's possession. The battlegroup would have to fight through the CIS and attempt to save the child from CIS capture while trying to not get caught/spotted by the tusken raiders. Should the battlegroup get caught the mission parameters would change to finding the coveted item and securing it at any cost. If the battlegroup doesn't get caught then they should aim to either A) Sneak into their camp and take the item without being spotted. or B)Somehow lure the tusken child away from others and take the item by trade or by force. Once the item is secured the battlegroup should attempt to extract hastily. All equipment will be allowed but no vehicles.

  3. Off-world: The 34th battlegroup has been sent a distress signal from a high up navy officer (on any CIS controlled planet) and will have to track down the whereabouts of the officer as the signal is cut just after transmitting what planet it came from. Once the battlegroup has found the enemy encampment they believe the officer to be at, they will need to assault it in an attempt to recover the officer. Sadly the officer will have been dead by the time the battlegroup has arrived and the mission objective has now changed to a scorched earth policy of leaving nothing alive and no data behind. All equipment and vehicles will be allowed for this.

  4. Base Attack -> On-World: This would start out as an average base attack employing some EC’s to extract sensitive information and leave many bombs all over the place as a secondary objective. Once the ec’s successfully transmit the data the troops will be lead on a wild goose chase around the anaxes map until the CIS finally escape to CIS anaxes. Once the troops have made it to CIS anaxes their new goal will be to spread out and find A) where the CIS are stationed (there will be multiple encampments set up) B) Where the data is they took from anaxes (there will be fakes of cat videos or other random items) C) Retrieval of the data and destruction of any CIS forces left. All equipment and tanks allowed no flying vehicles.

  5. Off-World: (This would be a have in the back pocket for when eod are on event) The 34th battlegroup will be notified of a CIS bomb factory where they are developing a new type of explosive. To our knowledge they have not even begun the testing stage for this new explosive however they are getting dangerously close. Taken on this mission with the 34th will be the key informant who will guide them through the factory to the stations that house information on the new explosive. Along the way the informant will begin to either mess up on their recollection of basic republic information or give little hints that they are not who they seem. Once they make it to the main station it will be revealed that this was all a ploy, and this site was in fact never a bomb making facility nor does it have any useful information, as it’s sole purpose was to gather the military might of the republic and blow them all up. The bomb will be revealed to have been finished and a hostage negotiation where the whole battlegroup is the hostage will begin (the informant will have locked themselves in an “impenetrable” room. Once the informant is either A) talked out of going through with the plan. Or B) taken out in some form or another it will be EOD’s job to start defusing the bizarre and extremely deadly bomb. No equipment will be allowed however minimal tank usage will be allowed.

Apologies for any incorrect grammar or spelling mistakes I may have made
