I've experience in leadership/mentoring roles off server, involving many subordinates under my supervision. I feel this translates well into a server staffing role as I am very capable of juggling multiple high-stress incidents at once - actively prioritizing as to what demands immediate attention. Though I have no experience in moderating GMod servers, I believe Garnet Gaming Dark RP would be a great first start for a new challenge. 

Alongside my experience in leadership/mentoring, I am someone who can control their emotions - separating the facts of a series of events from the emotion that can be interwoven. I am ability to distance myself from a situation to make a clear and concise decision when it comes to moderation or discipline - regardless of personal feelings. I feel this is a necessary attribute of any person entrusted with any level of authority over others. For a fair and precise disciplinary action to be taken, all sides must be understood and the moderator must be able to make unbiased decisions.

Going to have to be a -1 as of now for me due to not reading the staff rules, as well as the incidents i've had with you the past couple days. With my experience with you recently, there's been times where I have actively seen you encourage others to rdm and break rules. Other than that incident you seem like a chill dude and you are mature in any of the sits I have with you. I recommend getting more familiar with the rules and making a better impression in game. Thank you all for your feedback! I misunderstood which section of rules to be read, which is no excuse as; it is an attention to detail failure on my part. Having read the F1 rules through the DarkRP server, I selected "Yes," as my response - and as Candy_ said, this certainly voids my application as it was untrue in its submission.

I'll formally withdraw my application and re-apply at a later date, with more server-side experience! Thank you all for you consideration and the time taken to view my application!
