Why should we choose you over other applicants?: 

 

I think I’d be a good fit because I’ve got past staff experience and I'm a no nonsense kind of person when it matters. I’ve been SuperAdmin on a DarkRP server before, so I’ve handled everything from basic rule breaks to ongoing player issues and staff decisions. I know how to run sits properly, gather both sides of a story, check logs when needed, and explain rulings clearly so players understand why action was taken. I’m not quick to punish for small mistakes, but I’m also not afraid to be firm when someone is repeatedly breaking rules or disrupting RP. for these reasons alone i do believe i would be a good fit for this role so i can work my way up to keep assisting the community in what ever way possible

 

I’m also active and reliable, especially during odd hours when staff coverage is usually low. Because of my schedule, I’m often online when no other staff are around, which helps prevent issues from escalating or being ignored. I’ve got over 100 hours on the server with no active warnings, I’m comfortable using Discord, recording evidence, and following server procedures. I take direction well from senior staff and understand that consistency across the team matters more than personal opinions. Overall, I’m just here to help keep the server running smoothly and the community stays fair and enjoyable to the best of my ability with assistance & guidance from fellow staff & long time regulars of the community.

Snow removal during the winter  season then i will be going back to working 12h/nights driving cab 4-5 times  a week in the spring,  no real hobbies just work

Overall its a good application, from my experience with him he's very level headed in reporting and does not just report small things. Shows a clear understanding of the rules within the reports and within playing on the server, just overall is a nice guy to chat with or to be with in-game.
