Why should we choose you over other applicants?: [minimum 2 paragraphs] I truly believe I would be a good fit for the staff team. Over the past little while I've worked on improving my behavior and being less of a minge and a troll. I have been on the server for a good time now and I spend a chunk of my freetime playing on here. I will take this role serious and want to contribute helping the community in a positive way. As I already do from time to time, I would like to support new players and teach them the ropes, handle situations in a mature manner, and be someone that people can call for help and know they needs will be sufficed. 

 

I know my history may not be the best but all in all, I had my fun and had a good run. I would understand why most people would doubt me being a staff member. But I firmly believe everyone deserves a second chance to show that I can have mad aura and help push my knowledge out to the community. I showed my immature side for sometime and believe it's time to help the community as a whole. If I was given one chance and was given the opportunity to prove my worth, I would make the best out of it.

Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? If so, Include details: I have a history of bans on my record. Mostly from the beginning of 2025 to mid year and some stretching back to 2024. I have a recent ban for RDM + LTAP but was immediately unbanned from this.

How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: A few hours a week. I work 12s most of the week.

I've known ugg for a while now and ima be honest not once did think he would ever want be staff seriously. He's always been the type of guy to speak his mind regardless of the situation which is a good thing but it can lead to some drama. But i do know one thing when he takes things seriously he puts 100% of his effort into it so him telling me he's going to be serious about this I have no doubt about it. So I dont see why we shouldn't give this man a chance.

My first interaction with ugg ( enlightened ) was pretty rocky, but after getting to know him and seeing how he acts on the server, my opinion changed a lot. He’s a chill, down-to-earth person who’s genuinely enjoyable to be around. His application paragraphs are well written and show effort, and from what I’ve seen in-game he handles himself well.

 

Overall, I think he would be a good fit for the staff team.

Our interaction months ago was honestly started off terrible, but you immediately took accountability, we were able to talk things through, and the conversation ended up being genuinely productive and helpful for me. You gave me insight into my own server and how some players mith be experiencing things in ways that isn't very obvious to me.
