What inspired you to apply for this position?: I'm applying for this position as I believe I have the creative application to make the game more engaging, hoping to increase retention among current populations. I believe that as a player, I find many newly enlisted are having difficulty finding things to do within the game. My goal is to increase activity through the frequency of minigames and large scale events. 
List and explain 3 unique event ideas that a few squads (10-20 people total) would participate in:

-Search and Rescue: Hostages are taken and defended by multiple Taliban in undisclosed area of the city. The United States base is informed of this beforehand and deploys multiple service men to extract the hostage ALIVE. Taliban conscripts aim to defend and keep the hostages until the time runs out and they can execute them. Any hostage seen leaving the home will be shot down and executed on sight. NLR is not active in this scenario. Taliban wins if they keep the hostages within the home for the time allotted. United states wins if they bring the hostages back to base. No one wins if the hostages are dead.

 

-Protect the President: A president or VIP is assigned to reach a specific building in the city (to sent classified information) with United States forces ordered to assist in his escort. Taliban forces are tipped of this information beforehand and dispatches multiple men to remove the escorts and assassinate the president. The United States wins if they can successfully escort the president (on foot) to the objective site, allow him to meet a specific person and send his classified information, and exits through a getaway tunnel safely. The Taliban win if they can execute the president through the process. NLR is not active in this scenario except for the president. 

 

-Civil War: Fun quick mini game to earn prizes quick. Line of equal US and Taliban forces are lined together and take an equal step away from each other in a reasonable distance. After the start of the match is announced, opposing forces are able to turn around and fire upon one another. Players are able to run away and use the environment to their advantage. Can be held for multiple rounds.

List and explain 3 unique global event ideas designed for the entire server to participate in:

-Peace event (Casino Debut) : An evening post war where service men and citizens can celebrate a peace time full of casino games, raffles, alcohol, and live music. No guns are allowed within the event and all participants are able to mingle and gamble together. 

 

-Alamo: Select number of Taliban and US are chosen to hold a made building full of kill holes, defenses, etc. Their goal is to stay alive, defend a specific item, and reach a certain time while the rest of the server attempts to breach through the building and murder the select few and take the item. NLR only applies to those defending and the ones defending are not able to participate (even as attackers) after they have been eliminated. The chosen few who survive in the selected time will be awarded crates while the attacker that is able to reach the item defended will be the only person to receive the crate (or two). 

 

-Terminator: For every 5 players in the server, one person will be selected as a TERMINATOR with additional health. Similar to the alamo, the rest of the server's objectives is to be the person to KILL a terminator and receive a crate. Attacking players are also able to shoot eachother in the zone in attempts to kill the terminator for themselves(CITY ONLY EVENT). The TERMINATOR's goal is to survive for the allotted time and win the crate for themselves. TERMINATORS are able to work together and not allowed to kill each other. NLR is only active for TERMINATORS and fallen TERMINATORS are able to play as attackers and win the crate for themselves.

 

List and explain 2 instances where a PK might occur: 

-For Taliban, repeated disrespect or insubordination with valid proof.

-For US, committing a crime that would give the life sentence verdict under the court system.
