This format is intended for reporting a player or staff. If you are a staff member reporting another staff member, please refer to this thread.

Information

Once you fill out the report, send it to the DarkRP Manager(s) in a private message on the forums. If you post the report as a thread instead of PMing it to one of the staff members listed above, your anonymity will not be kept intact. 

Remember, these reports do not need to be formal. You do not need proof, however, without proof, you cannot guarantee the reportee will be punished. The reportee will be questioned and watched, however only punished if caught/reported with proof. If reporting without proof, simply put "N/A" in the designated area for proof.

These report(s) will remain 100% anonymous, and the higher-up management will be the only people who deal with the report(s). We may explain the situation to others for help regarding punishments (to reduce bias), however, your name will remain completely anonymous.

Reports and Appeals Rules

• Keep it civil. Reports and Appeals is not the place to rant.
• If you weren't involved with or have evidence regarding a situation, don't respond to the thread.
• If you're the rank of Admin+ you are allowed to respond and help move along Reports and Appeals.
• If you're creating a thread, make sure to follow the correct format: player report | ban appeal | warn appeal
• If you're creating a Staff v Staff Report, make sure to follow the correct format ( staff report ) and PM a Manager+ to resolve the issue.
• Keep post count to a minimum. If you're responding to multiple people, do it in a single post.
• Causing drama, shitposting, and other irrelevant posts will result in punishment from forum staff.
• Any appeal attempted on a ban that is older than 30 days will be automatically denied. This rule may be disregarded at the discretion of any Managers or Superadmins.
