Several reports came in complaining about you randomly arresting people as well. I put it in as unintentional because I couldn't gage whether it was unintentional or malicious. I banned you with no doubt in my mind that these people were mostly or partially randomly arrested. Qualcon had agreed with me that this looked like a Random Arrest case so we took it as such.

You say short time span but this is over the course of around 20 min. Entirely possible for that to happen since people very regularly have weapons and raid tools are out. It's not that unlikely lol, especially in a 20 min span. He also doesn't need to provide evidence as that's up to the job of the ones reporting him.

[Durability and bullet damage of vehicles]

Description: Increase the durability of the vehicles on the server across the board to be quite a bit higher than it currently sits. 
The only vehicles I can't see this being increased for currently is the firetruck, the tow truck, the bus, and some of the other larger vehicles. 
With this addition allow vehicles (if possible) to be damaged by gunfire as well to create more dynamic situations.

The short of it - Increase vehicle durability nearly across the board, and allow them to be damaged by bullets/explosives. 
	
Reasoning: As it stands right now vehicles are paper thin in terms of durability often. 
One wrong turn, a hit from a random player, a weird hit into a curb, or otherwise will damage the car a lot if not destroy the car completely. 
This can kill the player, and or need to wait a while in order to get the car back. 
If vehicles had more longevity it would allow more intense chases, races, and less of an issue if being slammed by some random. 
As for the gunfire if it's possible to be added in it gives another option of destruction, but adds more ability to do something if your vehicle gets stolen rather than have the user be invincible.

I understand that. Wasn't really the point I was trying to make. Honestly if it's as much of an issue in game as they state, I say find something else to play. Darkrp isn't exactly a friendly cup of tea. It's in the name lol. You are literally rping as criminals re-enacting relatively tame to heinous crimes from the real world to one extent or another. Like I said though if it's something that can easily be adjusted then sure why not. Otherwise if it requires the removal of it entirely it's really just not worth it ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

[Suggestion]

Not really misogynistic towards women considering anyone can get raped, and hobos will quite literally yell it at anyone. It's really no worse than what the others were talking about, but if a compromise was made to just remove that one voice line sure. Otherwise if it has to be the entire swep then I say get used to it and ignore it. I'd rather not have something else removed.

(3v3 - 5v5) The castle walls. Enclosed (Unless players have some sort of jump boost) right at 50 props. Very large space.
(1v1 - 3v3) The octagon. 17 props. May need a roof. Medium sized space a bit larger than a 6x6.

i was messing with someone and we were at a moderate distance away from a crowd and i threw him a nerve gas grenade telling him to catch it as a joke, and he said okay, but when i threw it and he died a few other people sprinted into the crowd after i walked away and i wasnt looking and they ended up dying (no proof sorry)

i should be unbanned because police hater (the one i was messing with) died as a joke so it shouldnt be considered mass rdm if it wasnt 3 people that died

What happened? (include any proof): I came into a clearly empty building and saw TheDudeAbides in the building, I proceeded to ask him what the hell he was doing as a joke and he said "none of your business" pulled a knife out and tried to stab me but horribly missed, I pulled out my sniper and missed like a billion times before he commits suicide. I then went back to roleplaying with my friend (BiA Mclovin) where we were running from the cops and we were shooting each other back and fourth for fun(no harm no foul). Before I knew it I was banned for 2 weeks, never took a report from anyone, never called me in to talk, just straight up banned me for 2 weeks for Mass RDM.
Why should your ban be removed?:  I think my Ban should be lifted because I was falsely banned. I spent about $55.00 on this server just to be banned by a rogue Admin. I never did anything wrong, and if defending myself from an admin means I get banned for two weeks, I'll just find myself a new server, and chargeback the $55.00.

Wasn't really the fact you shot me it's more you continued to blast people in the middle of the street lol. You say you were going back and fourth with the dude, but based on what Cybersword told me between basically admitting you were massing, and the fact no one else did damage to you seems a little contradictory to what you said. You weren't wanted, and there was no advert against you either.

Nothing wrong with you building in the street as a hobo. The issue was I sat there and watched you basically purposely be as much of an issue with these people trying to build for over an hour. You weren't the only one of course. Purposely getting in the way of their props, building directly on the front of the base to be an issue, and body blocking every now and then as they were trying to build. I told you at first the issue wasn't you building but that you were just doing nothing but causing as much trouble for them. Asked you to move your stuff and move on, and you didn't so I reconnected you. You came back immediately and started to build again so I told you to stop. You didn't, and I banned you.
