Well, Garnet has finally done it. They have beaten Mildly Spicy. No more ban appeals, No more riddles, no more tricks up my sleeve.
This is the end of Mildly Spicy.
Id want to thank the community for keeping me alive while i was heavily struggling with depression a little more than a year ago, I didnt show it but man was i close to the edge.
in the month that ive been banned from the discord, i got a new desk which required me to unplug my PC, without my pc, i realized how much more shit i have to do instead of stay inside and be fat.
I dont plan on coming back to garnet any time soon, instead im going to continue focusing on myself and losing weight.
September i started working out and focusing on self improvement. between then and now ive lost 45 pounds ( like 23 kg i think? idk fuck your metric system) and generally felt happier since then
id like to say a few things before i leave

Why should your ban be removed?: I am not ban evading. I deleted my first account due to having like 500+ friends from many different cringe ass discord phases. deleted my account and pressed log out ( i had also forgotten the password to this account)
I said I was banned from discord for attention. I was in fact not banned from discord.
until evidence that can prove that i was in fact banned from discord is brought forth and verified, i would like to enjoy my garnet gaming discord experience longer.

When I wrote this appeal, my main goal was a shortening of the ban as a complete unban would probably not be the best choice.

What happened? (include any proof): After being banned off the discord, I had hopped onto TTT and Mass RDMed for the 3rd and final time. This was before the rule change that 1 Mass RDM ban = 1 week, 2 Mass RDM bans = 2 Weeks and so on and so fourth until your fifth, where you then get permanently banned. I have Numerous previous offences which contributed to the ruling of my permanent banned.
Why should your ban be removed?:I'm making this appeal to formally request my unban from Garnet Gaming TTT. Recently as some might know I was unbanned from the Garnet Gaming TTT discord by the manager referred to as “Luxembourg”. Considering that behavior was deemed fit to rejoin the discord I was wondering perhaps TTT server as well.
Of course I have reasons and some evidence as to why I should have the chance to be unbanned, those reasons being as follows. My first point is that it has now been over 6 months since the ban occurred. Of course this normally wouldn’t mean anything considering it's a permanent ban but considering I have been deemed fit to return to the discord I feel that I should be able to return to TTT as well. Following this point I also see it fit to mention that I have been Changing who I have been associated with following such steps as leaving known toxic member “Jalapeno's” private discord. I also have been changing overall as a person. Of course even with all these reasons it may not be enough for a complete unban. But at the very least I hope for my ban to be shortened to whatever the higher ups deem fit. Overall I just wish to play the TTT server again, and I wish that the amazing staff team of Garnet Gaming can see that and grace me with the privilege of once again rejoining my favorite TTT server.
I would like to end this off by saying sorry to all the staff members I've inconvenienced in any way.

that being said, you need to be more careful what you post around people, moving forward you need to cut back on this shit to avoid future situations like this.

I never knew Gamma, i only learned of him as soon as i heard this news. From the stories and descriptions of him i feel strangely connected to him and am saddened to hear about this news. I can tell he was a valued member of Garnet and that it is a tragic loss for the community.

No Intent To Play (NITP): Breaking multiple rules - such as continual RDMing, improper answers, voice/text chat spam or other rules - Punishment Variable
NITP means breaking multiple rules on the server in which i didnt, i broke one, that being Continual RDM, the answers i gave to the reports were not invalid as they were simply me saying " Correct you are" to the person reporting me asking if i had rdmed them or if that was RDM. therefore only meeting one of the NITP examples.

i cannot name a bad encounter with satanic, i remember playing on GFL with him and i dont recall any of these problems mentioned above in this back and fourth that i glanced over.
+1 really fun and hasnt caused any problems on Garnet, i think what happens in GFL stays in GFL. His priorities could be different with GFL than Garnet, as many players on Garnet TTT never hack on garnet but hack on other servers, they dont hack on Garnet because they know the repercussions the same mentality can be given here, Satanic causes problems on GFL but not on Garnet because he likes garnet more,
i could also be completely wrong because i was not going to read the essay that was this back and fourth, it was too long.-
