It isn't personal at all. I am simply explaining why you were banned.
I also have no way of knowing who you are basing with or who is your friend that you are trolling. They said nothing to me after you were banned.
Moral of the story is... if you prop block multiple players in spawn (friends or not) a staff member is going to see it and you are going to get in trouble.

Mass prop block only takes prop blocking 3 players. Just so you know. You have said in this forum that you prop blocked 4.

I understand you were trying to learn ADV Dupe. However, the following is what you aren't considering:
You shouldn't be doing this directly out of spawn.
You were asked multiple times to stop doing it. You continued anyways.

Proggy gave players that stayed on last night around 3 or 4 AM EST 200k as compensation. Kristaps was one of them.

This was during the server restarts last night. We were all standing in the spawn area waiting for Proggy to come and give out comp. I had made a line for players to wait for Proggy using fence props. He kept using the advanced duplicator to spawn in a jail dupe (identical to what it looks like when admins jail players). I asked him 4-5 times to stop prop blocking and spamming dupes. He decided to play dumb and continue to do it saying "I just figured out how to use this" over and over.

Recently there have been issues with new players joining and trolling by adding clan tags to their name. Is it against the rules to do so?

Hello everyone! I'd like to thank you all in advance for reading. In my short time as staff on the server I have received numerous complaints about the enforcement of NLR. Due to the lack of console evidence there is not much admins can do unless video evidence is provided by the reporter in a sit. I have noticed that other servers use NLR warning addons. There are some downsides to these types of addons such as being killed close to spawn. However, I don't see much harm in adding something that simply lets players know that they are too close to the area that they died. What do you guys think about implementing something like this?

I recently robbed the bank and a citizen came in and stole the bag from the vault while I was fighting off cops and sold it. Seeing as a citizen is not a raiding class I don't believe that this is appropriate. I see it as FailRP. What do you guys think?
