Description: I suggest a rule change. hobos should be allowed to use keypads on outdoor builds and raid other hobos. Reasoning: this would create a fun dynamic with hobos raiding eachother and having pistol shootouts. It would also give the black market dealer more reason to exist since hobos would be purchasing keypad crackers. Hobos should have more reasons to get into violent altercations besides self defense and rdm. Additional info: hobos still can't farm printers or purchase doors to bases, however they may store raidables such as drugs and guns inside their hobo hut. Hobos would have a custom advert (/advert hobo raid) and only be able to raid other hobos. Only the hobo job can raid hobo huts.
I know this idea might be tough to implement, but I firmly believe it would not only add more fun to the hobo job, but also add more fun shenanigans to the server as a whole.

Scamming is against the rules. Look under the common sense rule.

lets say you've been reported for mass rdm and the player who's reported you is showing the staff member 3 different clips of you Rdming (assuming the logs have been reset) the admin could use the information displayed by the server clock to determine whether or not these cases of rdm have occurred within 5 minutes of each other.
let's say someone's raiding you, their raid timer is expired, and you want to report them for fail rp, the logs reset and you can not prove it however you have screenshots of when the raid started (showing the time on the handy dandy server clock, and screen shots showing the raid carrying on well past the allowed time) with this information you'd be able to prove to staff that the raider is breaking rules.

(include any proof): so banana man agreed to sell me his printers for 4 hours in exchange for $200k after about 2 hours he decides to raid me from inside my base, steal the money from the printers, and leave the game. (scamming and ltapp)There is a rule, listed under common sense that specifically states you may not scam players. I've seen people get banned for NITRP because they were not willing to pay up the money that they've scammed.

Why should your warn be removed?: Because I did not commit rdm x2 and having a warn on my record is a big deal to me now that I'm turning a new leaf and trying to be a non toxic of the community. -

I actually used to have an time / date addon installed back in the days when some servers allowed client side scripts, and it was cool but not exactly necessary. The logs have timestamps anyway and it just adds more to the download without adding any real benefit to the average player. But I do get the idea and maybe an overlay could help?
it's very helpful is logs get reset which they often do

I can’t see this getting accepted, also I have only ever seen 1 cheater in drp and all he did was play duels.
I've seen countless cheaters who faze through props to blow up printers and aimbot everyone in the base (and I have clips of several occasions of this happening all this year) consider yourself lucky for not having to deal with this.

I know there are work arounds to prove timing if logs get reset (tabbing out in a video to see the time displayed on the desktop etc) but not everyone has the foresight to always tab out to prove times. Also a server clock would be way more convenient.

Description: there should be a job to add the ability to play as a cat. This job would only be available to prestige 1 players. The cat would have climb swep and a scratch swep to do damage to other cats. The cat would also have the ability to fit into tight spaces. Reasoning: this would make farming printers more fun because your friend could be a pet cat that you take care of while farming. And build them a little cat house to play in inside your base.

But they wouldn't be no clip flying like admins, they would flying like birds with a cute little bird player model.
to be fair I agree that this suggestion is kinda out there. But I think it'd be fun haha.

Description: I think garnet should add a bird job that can fly around the map and would only be available to players who are prestige 2. The job would not have any guns or building privileges. Reasoning: this would be a fun addition to garnet gaming because flying around as a bird would be a blast! Description: custom classes don't seem to have the ability to rob the bank vault/pd vault. I suggest that it be updated so that custom classes can rob bank vaults. Reasoning: Since custom classes are raidable jobs they should be able to rob vaults. And I assume it would be a quick little fix to have this change implemented, Thank you. The sound effects are literally just that, sound effects, not someone’s voice. Plus they are random sound effects so it’s not actually possible to directly attack someone with a specific sound anyway. It’s just random audio clips depicting a crazed hobo, not someone worth listening to.
Of course targeted attacks (of any kind) are considered harassment and there are already strict rules surrounding that, alongside racism, sexism, homophobia etc.
Remember your talking about an old school sound effect which is played at random by a character who is depicted as mad / crazed / not in any sane state of mind.
I stand by everything I said earlier.
My point is that it's an issue PRIMARILY effecting woman. And CAN and has been used for misogyny (there are rules against misogyny that's why I'm making this argument from that angle) I agree that's it affects all genders and I am not neglecting men who are struggling with it.

I do understand what your saying, and if anything like this was said out of character would be totally inappropriate. However this is DarkRP, and as such it's humour is dark. Bare in mind that this server is FAR more tame than others I have played on. We have very strict rules around inappropriate behaviour out of character to ensure people feel safe to play on the server.
To suggest that something should be removed because someone feels "triggered" would only serve to set a precedent for other aspects of DarkRP. Remember that drugs also ruin lives, and yet there are 4 separate jobs involving drugs? Gang violence destroys so many young peoples lives and creates a vicious circle for the next generation, yet there are 12 job roles involving gangs. Burglaries and robberies leave people with serious lasting psychological illnesses like PTSD, but there are 15+ raiding classes. So perhaps these should be removed too? These are also very serious problems which have lasting deep effects on people.
Many people in the past have protested against games such as GTA, or Postal, etc; and yet they are still around. If it's not your kind of humour then perhaps find something better suited to your tastes?
I agree with a lot of what you're saying and I appreciate your argument, however I feel there should be a special exemption for this specific issue. Here's why
1. Using the term "I'm going to rape you" targeted at women can be very misogynistic considering its an issue that effects primarily women.
2. There's already examples of in rp language that is against the rules (transphobia) why is it not okay to be transphobic but it is okay for there to be a game mechanic where you can yell "I'm going to rape you" directly to a woman? (Who could be suffering from ptsd for that very reason)
I feel that having an "im going to rape you button" essentially gives players a tool to be misogynistic without consequences.

Just because you haven't noticed it being a problem doesn't mean it's not a problem. In my experience victims of sexual assault tend to be not very open/vocal about their experiences or triggers. It's something they don't even like talking about because even thinking about it or speaking about it can in itself be traumatic.

Description: I would like to suggest an update to the hobo job. I feel that the option to make the hobo scream "I'm going to rape you" should be removed. Perhaps it could be replaced with some other sound effects or just removed. Reasoning: I personally feel that this sound clip can be quite triggering to those who are victims of sexual assault. if you think I'm being too sensitive Just imagine if you've been raped before and you hear someone loudly scream into your ear "IM GOING TO RAPE YOU". Those who are victims of sexual assault and suffer from PTSD can be highly susceptible to having traumatic flashbacks. Also it goes without saying that there are lots of children that play on the server I've even seen some younger than 10 years old and they shouldn't be subjected to such topics(i understand its not garnets responsibility to protect children but they should still be considered when making decisions that could potentially be harmful to their innocence). I know there's plenty of people saying worse things into their microphones but atleast then there's the option to mute then. I hope you consider my suggestion, thank you. Additional Information: N/A
