  1. It’s been less than a month since I’ve become staff again and it’s been fun and all, but I’m trying to change how I live my life and lean more away from video games. So here we are. I might still hop on sometimes but don’t expect me to be on often.
No mentions but you all know who you are.
    See ya guys later 🙂

Why should we choose you over other applicants? [minimum 2 paragraphs]

I believe that I overall have a positive effect on the community and its players. This causes players to feel like they were treated more fairly and a sit was handled honestly. I would also be a great member due to my past experience with staffing and the rules. I believe that I am a more respected player on the server and that would also be a benefit in making sits less controversial on my desision making.  I am also very familiar with the rules at this point and wouldn't have to be reminded about how they work. This also means that sits can go by faster because I won't need to bother higher ups or look at the rule book during a sit.

When I log on and I get rdm'd or theres minges, it can take close to 5 minutes sometimes for a staff member to take a report. I feel that this is way too long for a sit to be taken care of. To try to fix this, I will prioritize sits before any rp scenario so that the people of the server do not feel like the staff team doesn't care enough to take sits. Since I am online quite frequently, I can help players frequently and improve their time on the server.

Overall I would be a positive effect on the staff team because of my problem solving skills during sits, my status as a player, and my experience staffing.

Thank you for considering me as a staff member -Jazzo

But there would still be an effect that would benefit the newer players no? The purpose of my +1 is to bring up the fact that lower level players are kind of helpless if they do not have the means to counteract the extensive loadout and mobile armoury that higher level players mostly have. This means that if we nerf a gun mostly higher levelled players have, they will have more of a chance. If a player is actually good at the game then that is of no fault of balancing.  I understand what you mean though, it would be a quite annoying and redundant nerf for players who are naturally less skilled but i guess its an incentive to get good.

    Fair point.

And also, maybe the reason it gets suggested regularly is because people think there IS an issue, and by dismissing it as "another nerf dlore post" there is no hope for any actual discussion.

Here’s one for you. Nerfing the ammo doesnt do anything to people with at least decent aim. It just pisses off the people that use 5 mags just to kill one person

I’m neutral on this. I think raiding is hard but with the right team after a few attempts (learning the peeks) we can usually win. If the base is impossible to raid there’s usually an unfair peek. Either way I’d like to see a change of some sort

The whole point of these buffs are to make it to where raiders can fight back without just getting one shot by the dlore. And to speed up raids as well

But don’t u see that as long as people are using those peaks nothing we do to buff raiding will matter

It’s not that hard to counter pixel peeks as long as you locate them. Just camp the spot. The buffs I made counter peeks in general. So in a way it does counter pixel peeks
