Hey everyone I'm making these suggestions because earlier in the day I report somebody for rdm (He raided a base and killed me outside the base when I wasn't in the doorway).
If I had the base owner tell the admin that I was on the sidewalk/road this guy would gotten a warn.
My suggestion is to change the rule of no witnesses, when I told the admin that I would suggest the rule change, he said that it was in place because people could be biased.
(Sorry if misworded what you said admin).
[Second Suggestion] So my second suggestion is making a rule to make so you can't raid unowned buildings.
(So a long time ago I got rdm when Thomas raided a unowned building just to kill us, I report him and the moderator couldn't do anything because "it isn't a
rule".)

[Second Suggestion] I believe this can benefit the server by people who are in unowned building won't get rdmed. (Unless a printer is in there which is allowed to steal and kill
the people that try to take it).
