    I am curious as to what is the source code of the /roll command. I am trying to see if each number has an approximately equal probability. If not, could you confirm the range of the values ie, does it include 0, and the probability of each number.

    Mayor Laws

    Description:  I suggest making an exhaustive list of laws that are acceptable for the Mayor to make, or at least all that you can think of as to not suppress creativity. (partly making this because I have run out of ideas)
    Reasoning:
    My creativity has been stifled as Mayor by staff telling me my laws are minge (some were), or that they don't show in logs so I can't make them. Even laws that are RP based where the police must interact with the citizens to find out if they are breaking the law and citizens can make up a story of their own allowing an easy way to avoid being arrested.

    This clarification will allow an easy reference for staff and players to know if a law is unacceptable.

    Unfair Advantage Rules

    I’ve been jailed for defending a raid with nerve gas under the “unfair advantage” rule. However, I was raiding today and they defended the raid by throwing nerve gas. I reported and the VIP Mod said he talked to merk or something and said since it doesn’t explicitly say that, he’s not going to do anything.

     

    My suggestion is to add specific examples of unfair advantages for base defending.
     

    Explicitly state that using explosives and nerve gas to defend a base is an unfair advantage and against the rules.

    +1 If it is possible to implement—this idea would benefit the server regulars by allowing intricate bases, and thus enhancing RP. I certainly would enjoy it. It would also benefit the server monetarily like ChrisRid said.

    Custom class related Suggestion

    +1  It saddens me that after I bought my first custom class, I cannot rob the PD vault or the Bank vault. I frequently have to switch to another raiding role in order to accomplish this task. It is incredibly rewarding to receive the 150k or 250k after fending off waves of cops and other classes actively trying to kill you.

    While true that anyone can get raped, it disproportionately affects women compared to other demographics. That being said, I do want to emphasize that rape is horrific for anyone that experiences it, regardless of demographic.          First of all, I want to say what a well-structured, prepared, and persuasive argument you wrote, ChrisRid. I appreciate your input and time dedicated to your response. I completely agree that DarkRP is dark in nature and requires certain parallels to real-life for immersion purposes. It is true that we embrace depictions of acts of violence that are a detriment to society such as gang warfare, armed robbery, and murder. In the context of DarkRP, these are acceptable. However, I would like to remind you of precedents that have already been set. It is a bannable offense to use racial and other bigoted slurs in role-play. It is a bannable offense to actively be homophobic and transphobic in role-play. A special case has been granted for this impermissible behavior and should be granted for this phrase as well. I would simply like to change the phrase to not reference or allude to rape in any way. Rape is one of the more severe examples of assault that can impart greater psychological trauma and distress in victims in comparison to other crimes like robbery and burglary, for example. Additionally, it can be argued that sexual abuse/assault is more widespread compared to other crimes because the victim often knows the perpetrator, which results in a larger number of offenses committed. This ultimately may result in a larger number of sexual assault victims being present on the server than those who have been robbed or mugged, for example, which is why we should be sensitive regarding this particular issue. In the end, there are just more appropriate ways of participating in DarkRP than saying “I’m going to rape you”, which is and is generally not necessary in other situations. I am not an advocate for widespread censorship, but this is an example where removing profane language would improve the experience for all users and the quality of conversation and conduct in DarkRP.

    There are a few reasons why the phrase, "I'm going to rape you", is bad. First, it is a threat of violence which is not only frightening, but can remind someone of a previous incident. Second, it perpetuates the idea that rape is something that is acceptable, which is not the case. Third, it's a way of making light of rape, which is a very serious issue. Finally, the phrase is just plain mean and insensitive. It is not something that should be said to anyone, regardless of the context.

Near the end of the raid he tries shooting machines and taking the printer but this fails. The server reset before any admins could take my sit so I am posting this on the forums. We offered him an opportunity to make it right, but he insulted us instead.

    Description: I would like there to be an Anti-Cheat feature put into the server. Many RP servers for different games use plugins that have already been made and are availble for purchase, perhaps there is a good one for gmod that is available. Or have special checks in place for non authenticated players for different unlikely scenarios such as, many headshots/targeted limb shots in a short period with many kills. Or flyhack violations like Rust. Or having a stat like health be higher than possible. It is likely that cheaters will always be able to inject code into the game but you can detect things that only someone manipulating code can do. Most of the cheats are injected lua shit so maybe there is something with that.

	Reasoning: Cheaters have no place in our community

    Actavis Medicine Ban Appeal

    the printer was not in transport, the video clearly shows that during the raid, i blew up the printer without moving them with the gravity gun. The printer remained inside of his base. It is very common for the raiders to blow up any printers in the base being raided. I was not stealing the printer, simply destroying in in raid.

    What happened? (include any proof):  This is what i did wrong, I scammed him by taking the money and not giving him my printers, then i raided as a wrong class and during the raid i blew up his printer https://youtu.be/8M14io-ol_k
    Why should your ban be removed?: Ironfetus reported me the first time and used this video, above, as evidence. I was warned 2x for fail RP (scamming, raiding as wrong class) and served my jail sentence, I wasn't able to screenshot that as I would be banned before I knew i needed that information, but it should be visible to an admin. Raggy Fubar marked the sit as resolved. Ironfetus reported me a second time and the same admin took the sit. Raggy Fubar now is saying that because I went into his base, then committed my fail RP x2, that it is NITRP. Raggy Fubar claims to have been told by a Manager that regardless of my previous punishment, I should be punished for it again in addition to "going into his base to fail rp". I have already been punished for fail RP x2, why am I being punished for it again after the sit was resolved and the punishment completed. It is my understanding that once you've been warned for something, you may not be punished for it again. I should be unbanned because I was banned for something I was already warned for in addition to the new charge.  Per the [DarkRP] Server Rules, I only broke 2 rules: "You may not scam players (Promising something to someone and not following through)." and "Dealers - Import/Export, You may not perform illegal activities*, I.E: raids, mugging, etc. With the exception of owning printer(s)". I was already warned for breaking these two rules. If there are more rules, why aren't they posted on the forums?
