Hello, welcome to my application. Before getting started I would like to start off by saying, thank you for the fun that's been so far brought to me on GarnetGaming, all the new friends I've made, people I've met, It's been a true experience, thank you. [minimum 2 paragraphs] I personally promise to bring not only a new active staff member to the team, but a staff member who will provide the necessary activity, hard work along with non-bias mindset that every staff member should have. In doing so I will keep my promise to a MINIMUM of 16-20 Hours a week or more with absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS. I have always had the hard work mindset that you can do anything you put your mind too, with my hard work that I will be providing for the server, you can expect faster response times, more sits being done, and a more happy player base. Adding onto that with my hard work I can promise you that if I see something that should have something done about it, something will happen no matter what I'm doing RP/War related as a players fun/needs should never be ignored. As for my non-bias mindset, you can see in the google docs link I listed above with all my experience I am not new to the staffing scene and take it very seriously, If I see a bias staff member and it's very clear I will make sure it's dealt with immediately before any true "danger" can be caused. I will also handle your reports with care, make sure every last detail is looked at before following through with a punishment as no one wants to receive a punishment that they didn't deserve. Along with all of this you can expect not only the best from me, but positively the best experience on GarnetGaming's MilitaryRP. Starting this second paragraph I would first like to say what I promise to bring to you all, along with what I listed in the paragraph above. Fun is something we all want to have correct? We can't have that when people are constantly RDMing, Spamming, Being completely, utterly toxic, and breaking the rules in general. In saying that I promise to ensure that those people will be dealt with appropriately to ensure that they will learn their lesson from whatever warning/ban they may receive so that the rest of the player base who follows the rules can return to their fun in peace without having to worry about people constantly annoying them by breaking those rules. Why you should believe that I will meet the expectations that you may have? Aside from all the experience that I have, over the last 2 weeks I have immersed those hours that I listed above (75 at the time of applying) and became very interested in this position as I saw many people needing help on the server, at my time zone in the weekend mornings there's not a lot of staff on to help. I can promise that help that my timezone of players may need. Sure, someone like me can provide activity but how do you know I will be honest to what I said about being non-biased? With my 8 years of experience of staff I know how much it sucks dealing with a biased person, let alone a staff member, and I would never want to bring that down on anyone who's just trying to have fun. I understand the difficulties of banning a friend, would punish anyone who broke a rule no matter who it is.. even garnet.. Have you ever been banned or punished on GG MRP? If so, Include details No, just the warnings that I had previously listed. Have you made any previous applications, If so when?: Only a Forum Moderation Application in which I was denied due to lack of post, but was told when I reached 500 I would be looked upon favorably. Other then that, no. How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: 3-5 Hours per day, or around 16-20+ Hours weekly. EXTRA INFORMATION: I have now decided to add extra information in which I hope will persuade anyone who isn't yet sure on if they think I'm deserving/would actually put in the effort or not. Here is a little QnA to possibly do that persuading. Q: What do you have most experience as? A: Mostly management positions involving staff management, but also plenty of experience in Moderation, being an Administrator. - Q: Why should I +1 you? A: Well, there's plenty of answers to this but please refer to the two paragraphs, in which I promised, still promise to you everything listed there. - Q: You've only just joined 2 weeks ago? Why do you want to be staff so bad? A: Well, the short and simple answer to this is I enjoy helping people, there is some times in which no one is on to help players, I do the best I can to help them but obviously I can't do much as of now. Adding me onto the staff team can fix that up, hopefully if all goes right leave no report unanswered. - Q: How many hours do you really plan dedicating to this server, are you really going to be a dedicating addition to the team? A: Yes, I promise to be very dedicated to the staff team, the hours I promised. - Q: You've been warned twice for SelfDMG, Do you promise to be more careful? A: Yes, I do. Will be making an updated version of this tonight using in game screen shots, going to try and get Russia and US all together in a line for it.. Will it work without a Mass RDM happening? no. But l get a screenshot for it either way.
