2. During an event i came up with on CIS increasing the size of Rancors i made one extremely big and the other gms pointed out it couldve crashed the server but it did not and i like to think they were over reacting personally also the event had nothing but upvotes in my defense.
-1 Rather then Justifying it, Own up to it, from the sounds of it you do not think you were in the wrong with either thing here. Accountability is extremely important for any staff member, after reading this I don't think you are able to hold yourself accountable to things that are genuinely worth demotion much less a simple strike.

You posted a Link for an UnOfficial Garnet Gaming Discord Server. We do not condone the creation of Public Discords for Garnet Gaming. The only discords we have for this server is the Main Garnet Gaming Discord which has a DarkRP section. Creating a Public Discord like this that is not chat controlled leaves a lot of Liability as the staff team in charge of monitoring the community is unable to properly look after the discord. Garnet and Proggy has expressed that they do not wish for DarkRP to have its own official Discord Server in the past and that still stands to this day.

The staff member in question has failed to provide any proof of you breaking any rules.
He will be spoken to about properly gathering evidence before putting through any punishment no matter how minor.
To clarify on a few things in this post, We use verbal warnings more as a friendly reminder for new players who may not know how to play DarkRP very well, For example if a level 5 Gun Dealer gets raided and returns to his base while the raid is active, We would rather explain to them this is not allowed and give them a verbal warning with no formal form of punishment rather then giving them a warn that will last for 2 weeks.
What I would recommend for everything regarding the Server Description, Feel free to start a conversation Under our DarkRP Suggestions SubForum where other players can give input and their own thoughts regarding it.

I've seen people come back after their temporary ban, realize they like the server, and begin abiding by server rules more closely. -
