To Clarify, While logs are a useful tool for staff, They often do not tell a full story such as what happened here. We do not know where all these kills took place, Therefore we can not tell if they are RDM or not. A video would be required in order to truly know what happened here.

As stated in your last appeal AJ did nothing wrong. Each report our staff take is a unique situation. Just because one person got warned for Propblock does not mean you would be warned as well. Each Situation is unique and our staff team are trained to identify and look at each situation to give the appropriate punishment. In the future when a staff member is trying to help you out please refrain from being rude to them. Your ban will remain as AJ has supplied enough proof to support it. If you wish to submit any evidence of AJ doing something wrong you can do so in a new thread.
When your ban expires please make sure to read the rules that @ChrisRid linked to you.

You have quite the history on the server. I am a firm believer in the past not defining who you are, However the past does have consequences on the future. You were a young and you messed up. We get that. However we believe that bridges have to be repaired and we need to physically be shown you have changed and bettered yourself. It was a decision amongst the management team to add you to the Staff Blacklist. This may or may not end up being permanent, unfortunately 14 bans are too much to ignore and take a chance on. Here is what you can do to prove you have changed and how you can become a positive influence,
1. Take part in server discussions whether on our forums, Ingame, or in the Garnet Gaming Discord.
2. Avoid any further bans.
3. Show you genuinely care about the server, This is as simple as talking with new players, Showing them the ropes and just all around being a nice person to be around.
4. Simply being a positive influence on the server.
I firmly believe if you are able to achieve all of these points, come say a years time you can prove you changed and begin what would be one of the best redemption stories in all of garnet.
I wish you best of luck, but at the moment this application is denied, and you have been added to our staff blacklist

+1, To start off I know shark very well from DarkRP. He is a very capable member of our Administration team there where he has learned how to keep a cool head and how to learn from and adapt to a playerbase. He has been with us on DarkRP since November of last year. This is an individual who is extremely charismatic and if given a chance and training will knock any assignment you give him out of the park. He is an amazing staff member on DarkRP and I can not wait to see what he will do on SWRP as well!

+1, Like previously stated some concerns include the use of important lore characters for events, and that these events are made to seem like we will win no matter what. I think the ideas are pretty solid, just remember there is always a chance that we will fail the mission. In terms of lore characters, it can be simple enough to just change around the names and make it so it is some up and coming CIS general or something like that. With the UT AT situation, I am not nearly as concerned about that because of the confusion surrounding it.

-1. Due to your past on the server I do not believe you are ready to be staff. Here are some things that I believe can be worked on in order to become more fit for staff. Talk with the playerbase and get to know them. Try to behave more professionally on the server, By this I mean engage in less activities that can seem mingy or harmful in anyway. Take charge every now and then to prove you can be a leader and role model for new players. This is as simple as including new CT's in activities you are doing to even organizing patrols to get people moving around. I believe an individual's reputation is extremely important. Reputations can take months to build, Yet they can be destroyed in a matter of seconds. Unfortunately your current reputation is rather bad on the server due to a couple different factors. This does not have to define who you are, Take the time and change your reputation by putting in hard work to better not only yourself but the server as well. I believe if you are able to change your reputation by following some of these tips you could be a great staff member one day.
