I wasn’t around when frank was originally staff so I can’t comment much on his past issues but from all my encounters with him he’s been a chill guy to talk to. Just randomly being on and playing around I’ve seen him helping the random person who has questions. Frankly from how he acts currently I think he deserves this +1

Fettuccine Alfredo with grilled chicken( I did make this is a professional kitchen where I work at.)
Ingredients: 1 chicken breast(butterflied and marinated in Caesar salad dressing)1 carton of half and half( the thing for coffee)
10 ounces of dry fettuccini noodles boiled just shy of al dente(10-11 minutes)
1 quarter onion finely diced
2 ounces sliced mushroom
2 cubes of salted butter
Roughly 10 ounces of Romano cheese(parm works fine too)
alright so your first step is getting your chicken which has already been butterflied(cut down the middle in order to increase surface area and make a t thinner) on the grill which is heated to roughly 350 degrees(maybe more tbh I can’t remember what we set it to there.) where it will cook for 3 minutes each side. Then you add butter in the pan with your mushrooms and onions with salt and pepper( maybe a little red pepper if you want a kick) allowing them to sauté mushrooms over high heat until the mushrooms are soft and the onions are translucent. Now you add half in half roughly 15 fluid ounces( you can always add more if it’s too tight after eating mine I wish I added a little more) from then you thoroughly mix and allow to reduce by half. Now you add the pasta and use your amazing chef skills and flip it( Ik ik I spilled a little) in order to help evenly distribute everything. Little by little add your parm/Romano and keep stirring(make sure to scrape the bottom constantly to prevent it from burning) add in your chicken(don’t forget to slice it) when the sauce is thick and creamy and adheres to the pasta well you plate it and if you want you can add a little parsley on top for looks. And that’s how you make a restaurant quality homemade Alfredo sauce(better then Olive Garden)

The arrest stick is fine imo, being jailed in the prison is worse than dying since you physically have to either be bailed or just wait the time. yea it can seem a little buggy but once you get used to how it works, its fine.

-1 in actual role play there are very few Instances where this would be used, the times where a cp can be attacked are limited to when they counter when the is raided when they are mugged if they are chasing an individual while trying to arrest them and if they get rdm’d. In almost every instance you can fight back as cp due to you being allowed to counter these without adverting. The only one that really matters would be while chasing down a wanted person and they fire back due to you already being allowed to in almost all cases that are not rdm. Not to mention you can simply arrest someone for attacking a cop. -1 I see no point in this if you want to defend your fellow cp simply make a party

+1 it is so annoying when someone tries to force themselves into the base just so they can minge and ruin everything you have been doing

Frank has been trying to fix his reputation, and he's trying to put the effort in to become a staff member. I recognize that he was fully demoted, but that has been a couple months ago. He's actually been trying to become a better person within the community and I see that clearly. He's always active, and always hanging out with people. I feel that from what his personality is and what I've seen him be like around people, I feel that he would make a good staff member. If you deny Frank, There should be a paragraph under the word, and it better be a good reason. He understands the rules fully, and from the amount of hours to warns he has is outstanding. Who wouldn't have a couple warns and a one to two bans for over two thousand hours! I would like the staff team that is here to consider Frank at least a little. Though he was demoted, I feel that he should have another chance at staff member. I would agree with gawore, you don't take criticism well. I would recommend trying to become more immure to people talking shit about you or being rude to you, but there is a difference between pointers and just being a dick. +1

Past experiences as staff: [Optional] As far as pervious staffing experiences go on Garry's mod I have none, but I do have experience in a game with a very similar community, back in the good old days I staffed on a lot of Minecraft servers mainly apart of the HCF game mode, I staffed HCF servers on Minecraft for roughly a year around 2018-2019 these servers could draw in anywhere from 50 to 500 players. I worked with the administration of these servers very closely as one of their top admins in order to both keep the player base happy as well as training the new staff members. The biggest difference between Minecraft staffing and DarkRP is the fact that majority of Minecraft support rooms consist of cheaters rather then roleplay reasoning. before this I had staffed on a server that had roughly anywhere from 30 players to 100 from 2016-2018, I mainly worked there as the staff teams community relations guy I had decided to leave those servers due to irl factors such as school and work. On top of all of this in the gaming community i am also a manager at the restuarant where i work, this requires me to be able to deal with difficult costumers as well as running a successful team in the kitchen.
Why should we choose you over other applicants? [minimum 2 paragraphs] A staff team is required to ensure success in any field, industry, or other matter, and DarkRP is no exception. irl i am a shift manager at a restaurant and so, I understand how difficult it can be to manage a team and keep not only your team members content but also maintain a high quality in the service we provide. I believe that I can be a great fit for this staff team due to the commitment I am willing to put into my work, simply put I strive to be the best at everything I do, in the kitchen I make sure that I hold my self to the highest standard in order to be a role model for those around me. I take great pride in the work I do, and I can assure you it will be no different if you allow me to join the staff team. I believe putting a genuine effort into getting to know someone can go a long way and set up not only the business but also the individual for long term success, my experience as a kitchen Shift Manager combined with my previous experience in a gaming community similarly styled to garnet is what I believe will make me a fantastic staff member.
To be well suited for an environment, an individual must first understand the community. Among active players in the DarkRP community I feel as if I am generally well regarded and liked as an individual, I have a good understanding of the rules and I am always willing to help a new player out with whatever questions they may have. I believe due to my past with staffing in a similar community I can understand the severity of an offense, not everything has to be seen through a black and white filter, for example a new player might not understand or they may have misinterpreted a particular rule of the server and have been reported for such, I believe rather then simply punishing them and telling them to read the rules I believe it is my duty to help them learn from their mistakes and properly explain what they did and why it was wrong so they are not repeated and said player can learn and hopefully help someone else out in the future. When I originally joined the server I did not properly understand the rules until a moderator had properly explained them to me. I am grateful someone had taken the time to do this and i wish to support others as i was supported in order to forge a strong bond between community members.
Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? If so, Include details Nope
Have you made any previous applications, If so when?:No
How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: 15-20 Hours a week
If you have any, what hobbies or activities are you involved in outside of Garry's Mod? I am an avid baseball fan, One of my favorite things to do is go watch a damn good ballgame, on top of that I am a menace with a yo-yo.
Did you read the staff rules?:Glorbnob
