In the screenshot, you can see that you were banned over seven times for the same offense, and you can also see that a staff member told you it was a last warning; but you did it twice again either way.
Appeals are not meant for apologies, but for refuting falsely made bans, which certainly doesn't appear to be the case here.

A regular with a good written application, great guy, helpful and mostly mature. I do really feel like you care about the condition of the server and whether the players are enjoying their time on said server. I think you would be a great addition to the staff team!

One of the most important aspects of a potential good staff member is the ability to hold themselves responsible for their actions, admit to it and move on, but you seem to lack this simple but important ability.

As it shows here, you clearly said the f slur after I literally banned someone for it, that means you said it knowing it was against the rules. Instead of admitting to it, you took the route of changing the narrative claiming someone said you said it, and that you never said it in the first place. This shows lack of taking responsibility for the things you do. Let's say in the future you slay someone by accident, say something you shouldn't have said or do a little fuck up, you're just gonna divert the blame on someone else and never take responsibility for that? Yea I sure as hell wouldn't want a staff member like that on the team.
Now that this is out of the way. Morbius you were always a minge on the server, but given Steve's referral it seems that you did show some form of improvement in the last couple of weeks. Steve is still a trial mod but I do want to take his referral into account given that he has shown to be a capable staff member so far. If only you admitted to saying the slur and took responsibility for it, it would've been fine, everybody says something they shouldn't have every now and then. Application is decent and previous experience is always a good thing. If this gets denied then I highly recommend you join the discord and interact with the community there, keep up the good behaviour and show even more improvement in the next couple of weeks.

It's simple, you showed toxic behaviour and was warned for toxicity. It's only a heads-up to not be toxic in the future and not something that you should be worried about unless you exhibit increased toxic behaviour in the future. Tarkin did nothing wrong and the warn was rightfully served.

While you definitely didn't commit MassRDM, you were still involved in a dozen reports of RDM while repeatedly providing the same response over and over again, thus your ban will be lowered to one week.
