[A suggestion for the Mechanic Job.]

I'm not the best at explaining things, but I want to bring forth an idea in regards of the Mechanic job: 
Which is for Mechanics to have the ability to Apply and/or sell upgrades that are the equivalent of Human Perks onto a player's car. 
I.E Increasing/Fix A Car's health, Increase the car's speed, Give it Armor.

I feel having this will give more business life to the city other than just Gun Dealers.
