I'm actually curious why this isn't an option. I assume there's a good reason it's not, although it does seem super practical to have it in place if there is no viable reason against it.

I've had some decent conversations with him and he seems mature and educated and so from such I do feel that he would be a good fit to the staff team. 1+

I've had to deal with a few sits regarding this matter and the reports were always to spite the basing party, rather than to ensure the game runs well and so I feel this rule should be updated or just removed. 1+
