    I have no past experience as staff

    I believe as a person who is on the server a good amount when staff is off I can help the server have a tighter hold on people that make racist and homophobic remarks when all staff is gone. I play the server a good amount and see racism ableism and homophobia all around. I can also help when admins and other staff need additional help on other servers or on my server. Among other things, I see many people annoying admins and mods with hackusations and it annoys me when they are told to make tickets and don't listen and continue to annoy staff. With more active staff on anarchy it can also provide more people playing the server actively.  

    After a certain time of being a mod on anarchy, I can also branch off to other servers in need of staff and help them maintain the server without stress. I feel as if I became staff I could help tremendously in a lot of standpoints. I have a good amount of free time as it stands and can be on longer and more often than some other staff that have college and work planned out for them. Making me staff could lessen the workload for other staff and let them enjoy more of their time playing Garnet servers.

    I've never been punished or banned on any garnet servers

    I have about 3 hours a day on weekdays and 12-15 on weekends if I'm free

    I have no hobbies as of right now

    I have no past experiences as a part of staff

    I am a hard worker that can make time for projects if needed. I can almost guarantee that I can be of use to the staff team/server. I know a lot of other people might slack off and abuse their power but I will try to be as chill as possible while also making the server a non biased/offensive place. I won't be a mod that mutes over cursing either fyi. I want to make the server a fun and enjoyable place because I see way too many people on the server getting away with racism/ableism while mods and admins are away or off the server. I will always be open to suggestions to my way of thought/workstyle so feel free to let me know at any time if you think I am doing something wrong or being to harsh.

     

    I will try to get along and accept anyone and everyone openly in the staff team and server even among bad circumstances. I do have a few staff friends to begin with that I know I get along with and hope to more in the future. I also can get a lot of things done in a short span of time if needed. If anyone from the staff/server needs help and I'm able to make time or help I will. I hope I can be of some help to the staff and server alike.
