Hey man,
I've played with you twice or so in the last week. You've been decent enough etiquette wise on the server, but other than that I can't say much else. Once I get to form a much stronger opinion I'll +1, but as of right now, I am NEUTRAL.

That's what I would say if I was a jerk.
You have plenty of hours on the server, I've never had any bad interactions at all with you, and you are a previous staff member before I was a T. Mod. All I can say is welcome back and I hope you are doing much better on a personal level.

Hey Homie,
I can recall having a few interactions with ya over the last week or so. I do not think I've had an issue (or even a report I think) with you at all. You having 2K+ hours on GMOD means you probably know an astronomic level more than me. Ethan is a cool referral, the other guy kinda sucks (Parasux >:) ). Considering that you are PST instead of EST and would be active during the daytime, you would be getting on during a somewhat busy time (11am for you would be 2pm for others) .

I’m fairly certain I’ve played with you a few times on the server. I do agree that some additional hours might make for a stronger application.

I appreciate the fact that you recognize you don’t make the best judgements, however, a lot of why a mod does is judgemental and you do need have good decision making.
With a few more tweaks you could become a mod, but not as of right now.

Description: [description of what you are suggesting, one paragraph minimum] I am suggesting the addition of the HUGE 249 to the point shop. The HUGE is a classic TTT gun and is the only one that is not present to the point shop. Reasoning: [how would this benefit our server?] Throwback time!!! *insert harp or wind chimes that are used in cheesy memory scenes* When I was new to the server, I remember having to scavenge the map at the beginning of the round to find weapons. Sometimes this could be a problem as I wouldn’t be able to find a weapon in time if I spawned next to a T, and I would die (
here lies the body of Deft Brixton ). You can buy a knife from the shop, but that doesn’t do much agains guns unless the wielder is a terrible shot, and the pistols have limited ammo. The HUGE would at least be some sort of life preserver option to those who don’t have enough points to buy the M16, and definitely not enough for the premium point guns.

(I realized I should’ve put a bit more effort in my paragraph, so this is a continuation off of that).
I realize some of my shortcomings might be my sense of humour, I can be a little condescending or arrogant, but that’s just humour, nothing else. Most of what I say is tongue and cheek. I know I’ve been sort of minge in the discord TTT suggestions, but I’ve had some decent suggestions as well as addressing harsher punishments for racism. I can be serious if I want to.
The community really likes me a lot (at least I hope so), they seem to enjoy when I’m on. I want people to have fun, that is all.
(Also I’ve had no previous experience as staff)

Most of the current moderators on GG servers get along with me as well. Having consistently good karma and having great knowledge of the game makes me an experienced player who knows the rules.

Ok so here’s the thing. If I’m not wrong I’ve played with chizzled the first day he came onto the server before I was a T Mod. And since then I’ve seen a lot from this guy.
The Story of Get Chizzled:
First day this guy played he was out of his mind. Didn’t know what to do, was rdming, but was alright to talk to. Later he showed up again, and based on who else was in vc, he would join in on minge.
But unlike other players like this, he does something so incredible that what would previously be a laughable staff report to an actual serious one.
Change.
Out of anyone who has played on this server that I’ve seen. This man has changed the most. He has legitimate staff qualities that some of the other mods might overlook, active playtime, no tolerance to homophobia/ racism. Considering that you also have an Admin as a referral says a lot as well.
What needs to change:
Karma Bans

You have been karma banned so much that if this was the Garnet Gaming Institution of Education, you would have been expelled. The karma bans have got to stop. Big time!
With all that being said, this is a +1 for me. I do not have an issue with you being a staff member.(EDIT: Changed to NEUTRAL. The karma bans were a big issue, and you were karma banned just recently. Its a big issue, and when staffing you shouldn't be karma banned especially if no one else is on.)
